I arrived at 9 am in the morning and didn’t end up leaving until well after 330. There were a number of complications that popped up due to my own ignorance and co-signers lack of experience and NOT ONCE did Mr. Arroyo shows signs of irritability or a lack of patience. He kindly guided me and my partner through every step. Mind you I know he did all of this while he was missing out on other sales seeing that it was so busy due to it being the last day of Black Friday sales. He chose US the customer over himself and that is truly a rarity nowadays. Berto Arroyo. Would recommend him 10 out of 10 times . More
