dropped my car off for state Inspection and front brakes , they also preformed fluid changes and flushed to keep my Rav 4 running the best it can . Was in for just an oil change, told the receptionist I would be waiting. Almost 2 hours later no one comes to talk with me about the service I requested. During this time I saw many service advisors comin would be waiting. Almost 2 hours later no one comes to talk with me about the service I requested. During this time I saw many service advisors coming out to talk with customers about their vehicles. I had to go to the service desk to inquire about the long wait and no communication. Very disappointed . More
