Went to have tire pressure system looked at. Service Advisor Nicloe was polite and somewhat friendly. My concern came when I asked some legitimate questions of the service tech Shane and what I Service Advisor Nicloe was polite and somewhat friendly. My concern came when I asked some legitimate questions of the service tech Shane and what I got was a condescending attitude with no real answers to my questions. I have bought several cars from this dealership and have never experienced this kind of treatment in the past. I will think twice about having my vehicle serviced here in the future. More

There was No (twice requested) car wash even though employee said car was washed. A gentleman helped on my way out but had to ask for assistance and waited outside.
