I have struggled with service since purchasing my new vehicle. Began with driving the new car home to find scratches which the dealership gave the run around for repairing. I purchased added protection f vehicle. Began with driving the new car home to find scratches which the dealership gave the run around for repairing. I purchased added protection for small dents and scratches- I tried to utilize the added protection and was declined. Most recently I called to confirm a service appointment to then be told, upon arrival, the appointment was not for the car’s need and because they were so slammed I would have to wait over 2 hours. I requested a call back to further discuss/ reschedule and have yet to receive it. The requests I have are not outlandish, I think there room for improvement with communication and service. More
