This dealer does a great job explaining the issue with your vehicle in a way that makes the consumer confused and feeling the need to follow their expert recommendations. I don’t feel there is full transp your vehicle in a way that makes the consumer confused and feeling the need to follow their expert recommendations. I don’t feel there is full transparency when it comes to what needs to be done to your vehicle, but rather a model that tries to gain the most profit by recommending in a matter of fact way for things that would be nice to be done to your vehicle. This approach leads to mistrust and not wanting to come back for service. More

It is always stressful for me to have my car serviced. But the service and staff are always very helpful and makes my day as easy as it can be. In particular, I had Tori Lambert as my Assistant Service Manager on Monday and she was wonderful. I would give her a ten star if possible. She was so knowledgeable about what I needed done on my car and gave me options for me to choose from to keep within my budget but also get the work done that was needed. She then went that mile and wrote down what was recommended to be done in the near future (brakes will need to be done this year as well as my fuel injection). She gave me an estimate of each item so that I can plan these services in the next few months while still staying within my budget. Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Well done! More
