Sales women was not as helpful as I would have like/expected. Once we went to sign the papers it felt a bit like a factory, when waiting on the finance person, the sales person moved us out of her like/expected. Your service department is second to none, shout out to Trever. Your sales department is the WORST I have ever experienced. I stopped bringing my car there for service because of your sales department. I d Trever. Your sales department is the WORST I have ever experienced. I stopped bringing my car there for service because of your sales department. I did not want to put another nickel into that dealership. It’s unfortunate too because I loved your service department. I’m in the market now for a new car and I will not be going back. You had 2 tries and the second experience was worse than the first. Never again. As far as service, that department is phenomenal. I know you won’t post this nor will you reach out but after 4.5 years I thought it was important for you to hear. I never got a customer satisfaction survey either, hmmmmm, I wonder why. Will I recommend your service department, absolutely. Will I recommend your sales, I will tell them to run!! I’ve done that repeatedly over the last 4 years and fortunately my friends and family took heed.
