Even though I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. I hope that it isn’t the normal time for this kind of procedure. Today I went in for my 35k appointment, I’ve been here for every 5k since they sold me the vehicle. Today by far stood out. I went in at my scheduled appointment time of 12:15pm and I waited in the lounge for every 5k since they sold me the vehicle. Today by far stood out. I went in at my scheduled appointment time of 12:15pm and I waited in the lounge for the service to be completed. At 1:09pm I get the notification my everything is “green” and my advisor will be with me shortly. By 2:04pm I got tired of sitting there and proceeded to get up and wander the area. I step outside to get some fresh air passing through the service Bay Area and service writers, my vehicle is sitting outside ready to go. I proceed to go back in and wait until roughly 2:40pm for my service advisor to find me and pass off my keys and hand off my paperwork to the receptionist. I walk out not wanting to make a big deal of the situation as it was a busier than usual Saturday. The reason this review is being written is even after all that when I got back in my vehicle to depart I realized they never bothered to reset my maintenance required notification which admittedly put me over the edge. More

Easy to schedule a service and the waiting time is within one hour which is acceptable one hour which is acceptable More

They sell a great product, so that makes things easy however our sales person struggled to really listen to what we needed and at times even finding a car listed on the company’s website seemed difficul however our sales person struggled to really listen to what we needed and at times even finding a car listed on the company’s website seemed difficult. It was a busy day and our sales rep was trying to sell two cars at once, so the experience might have been overwhelming for him a bit as a newer sales rep. Took us 7 hours to buy a car and that with only test driving 2 vehicles and purchasing the 2nd, crazy to think that took that long! More
