Place has potential. When picking up vehicle, don’t have customers stand around in the garage drop off area to wait around for “their” advisor. After standing at an empty desk for a while, I asked Mike (very nice) for help as I just wanted to pick up my vehicle. Never saw my advisor. Have customers go to a central reception spot & have receptionist let the advisor know the customer is in main waiting area. Was extremely frustrated my 2 year old Highlander’s hatch/trunk wasn’t closing sporadically. 1st complaint, they couldn’t duplicate problem so they lubed it. 2nd complaint they said they couldn’t do anything unless they saw the problem happen. I asked if I could record the problem & show it because I didn’t want to drive around with my hatch open when it wouldn’t close (unless I forced it fully open then it wouldn’t close), they said no, they had to see it happen to determine which issue it could be. At that point I decided I was going to the dealership & open & close the hatch until it happened. Luckily, it did. Spoke with Kaleb who said it was the struts. One strut was local, the other would be about 5 days. A month later, I called & left a message for Kaleb about the status of my struts. Never heard back so I called several days later & he didn’t acknowledge the fact he never followed up from initial time a month prior, several days before nor did he apologize at all for the inconveniences. A customer shouldn’t have to chase down service. Things happen & I absolutely understand. However, not owning up & apologizing to follow up is not okay. Pros: Jay, who provided shuttle service was great. Mike at check in very nice. Food in main lobby a nice addition & main lobby is nice. More

I want to give a special thanks and shout out to the sales representative Berto Arroyo. Today I received the epitome of customer service and raw genuineness from this gentleman. I arrived at 9 am in th sales representative Berto Arroyo. Today I received the epitome of customer service and raw genuineness from this gentleman. I arrived at 9 am in the morning and didn’t end up leaving until well after 330. There were a number of complications that popped up due to my own ignorance and co-signers lack of experience and NOT ONCE did Mr. Arroyo shows signs of irritability or a lack of patience. He kindly guided me and my partner through every step. Mind you I know he did all of this while he was missing out on other sales seeing that it was so busy due to it being the last day of Black Friday sales. He chose US the customer over himself and that is truly a rarity nowadays. Berto Arroyo. Would recommend him 10 out of 10 times . More
