Went for a oil change and they stripped the screw to the oil pan since they did our last oil change. . Said car was oid ( 14 ) and rust on oil pan ok aluminum does rust being a older women . They said would not take responsibility for their actions . Had to pay for new oil pan avoid thus place at all cost.. cannot even do a sample oil change without screwing up More
I hate writing negative things but this is one time it needs to be said. I waited 2 hours to hear about my car. I finally reached out and asked "how much longer" waited about 15 more minutes and finally needs to be said. I waited 2 hours to hear about my car. I finally reached out and asked "how much longer" waited about 15 more minutes and finally someone reached out. I was then showed what needed to be done to my car. $1800. worth of repairs. Now this amount was fair, I'm not complaining about that. My car is 6 years old. It's that I waited 2 hours to find out about my car and then was told that they didn't have the parts so it couldn't be done then. They would have them the next day. Which meant a return trip! I'm not blaming my service rep. She was kind and gave me her personal card to make another appt. I think the responsibility lies in the back of the house. I asked why it took so long to talk to me? I was told that Monday was their busiest day and that those who had appts ahead of me get serviced first. My appt was at 9:30 am. It is now 11:30. I asked that they put on their website that Monday is not a good day to make an appointment..so one would know not to schedule at that time. Also, if you are scheduled for 9:30 I always thought that they honored your time. I'm never late for an appt because I don't want to set them back. Obviously that doesn't matter, they take you only after they have taken care of everyone else. Is that fair? I am also handicapped and I'm 76 years old. I have been a customer for 20 years at least. I have sold many a car for Prime Motors. I always recommend them for new cars and service. No more. I placed my handicapped sign on my dash board so they would know to park my car by the door. I have had this discussion with them in the past. Didn't matter, they parked my car in a lot that was so far away from the building. That is not respect, that is total disregard for their customers needs from beginning to end. More
