mr.spencer took his time with myself and my daughter - who I had brought to prime to possibly lease a car. Shaun took us on at least 4-5 test drives. He was very knowledgable about toyotas it all helped in making our decision going with the new corolla. I think shaun is an excellent customer service person and salesman. Prime is the king of false advertising and promoting their $1000 guarentee. This guarentee means nothing. I provided all the information on a better deal and they danced around it.
