I recently bought a Corolla from Prime. My salesman was great. I felt he struck a good balance between the conflict of interest that can exist between customer and salesman. I was somewhat annoyed by the dealership's deceptive advertisement regarding the number of Corollas the advertisement claimed were available at the sale price. After pointing out the deceptive nature of the ad I was told it was a mistake but the same ad is running in today's (Sun) paper. However everything else was above average and the personal were very pleasant and professional. I am happy with the vehicle and feel I paid a fair price. Toyota's are great cars. I am going to recommend my salesperson to other people. More

I recenly purchased a camry from this dealership and I must say that it was and still remains one of the best experiences that I have had at a dealership. I also trusted in him that the vehicle I was getting lived up to my expectations. So for a deal that was sight-unseen, eveything went over without a hitch. Our recent purchase at Prime was the best yet. I didn't think that we could ever do better than our previous 13 purchases with them, but thankfully I was wrong. The entire sales process was so positive and Ramzi always makes us feel like part of the Prime Toyota family. He goes above and beyond the expected. He always makes sure you're happy with everything. It's a nice touch when he avails himself thru his personal cell phone & email on his days off, now that's excellence. He even takes pictures of the new car owners & sends them prints...so sweet. Prime is the king of false advertising and promoting their $1000 guarentee. This guarentee means nothing. I provided all the information on a better deal and they danced around it.
