The salesperson, Tim Simpson, went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Matrix we bought. The entire Prime team was professional and friendly, great with my 6 year old daughter who played with the finance officer's remote control car while we filled out the paperwork. An added bonus (to occupy both my children) was the kids' play area, the aquarium, and the pool table. More

Having just come from a competitors dealership, it was nice to run into Ramzi and have him sell us the car we wanted instead of pushing us into a car that they needed to get rid of.
