This dealership is truely a rare find. Tom was so helpful. For what ever reason this process of my wife and I buying a car took months and Tom would call me every month to follow up and see if we wer helpful. The service department is one in which you drive into a heated bay where you leave your car for an attendant to take to the garage for service. We purchased 2 vehicles and Mr.Bradway was incredibly helpful in the purchase of both our truck and van. All the service and sales people I came in contact with were friendly , helpful and very positive. I went to Prime Toyota to rent a car, but after meeting one of nices sales consultants I have ever worked with, I ended buying a used 2009 Prius. Why? Prime gave me a deal I could not refuse.
