Found the service rep to be a bit rude and condescending. Never exp Explained pricing and almost paid 200 for an oil change which is crazy. Will never be back or refer anyone here. I purchased a 2021 tundra from them used, the vehicle had a plow on it and in order to get the vehicle Toyota certified they removed the plow. I then had to pay extra to have it certified, but that was OK a a plow on it and in order to get the vehicle Toyota certified they removed the plow. I then had to pay extra to have it certified, but that was OK a few months later I realized that the tow hooks and the bolts holding the mudguard had never been reinstalled when they removed the plow, so I brought it in to have these things put back in as they were part of the original equipment and should have been included when they checked the vehicle and certified the vehicle they wanted to charge me $450 to replace the bolts and hooks .
