5000 Mike check up when finished , I went to pickup my car and noticed something was hanging on under my car I asked a service rep who was nearby to check it out for me. He went to the service manager an car and noticed something was hanging on under my car I asked a service rep who was nearby to check it out for me. He went to the service manager and came back to remove what was there. He pulled a 3 fr long tree limb I was very surprised because ther my just rotated my tires and missed this ??, Also the car did not seem to have gone through the car wash. ??? Thank More

This was my first time ever visiting or using a Toyota dealership for absolutely anything. And I just want to say my experience here was truly out of this world. I was very impressed with the speed and precision they worked and always made sure I felt comfortable while my car was in the shop with any questions I had asked being answered. My service advisor was Lacey and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and overall enjoyment of my vehicle being in the shop. It’s never something you want to do but they made it a streamline and easy process and made me feel comfortable and like family 10/10 would recommend. More
