What can I say! As an individual with a progessive physical disabilty related to my back and limited income my options for vehciles I can drive is severly limited. I began working with Berto almost th physical disabilty related to my back and limited income my options for vehciles I can drive is severly limited. I began working with Berto almost three years ago trying to find a car that would accomidate my disability. For months Berto worked tirelessly with empathy and compassion to find me a car, never once making me feel like I was anything other than his primary focus and the most important person in the building. A little more than a year after I purchased my first car from him, I found myself once again in the same quandry and once again Berto was there for me month after month until he found the right car for me and went above and beyond what anyone would expect to make sure I was able to have accessable transportation. Berto is a great salesman but more importantly he is truly an amazing human being who really cares about you and not just as a customer but as a individual with unique needs and he does everything he can to do what's right for you. I was at the Prime Hyundai Dealership getting service on my wife's Hyundai, when I spotted a Toyota Tundra in the Prime Toyota Dealership lot. I walked over to see it and Neil Brown met me outside. He was my wife's Hyundai, when I spotted a Toyota Tundra in the Prime Toyota Dealership lot. I walked over to see it and Neil Brown met me outside. He was very friendly and gave me all the info on the vehicle that I really did not plan to buy. Neil worked with me for two days on giving me a good price on the vehicle and a fair price on my Toyota Tundra. Neil answererd all of our questions and if he did not know he immediately found out what the answer was. I would recommend anyone to ask for Neil Brown if you are looking for a vehicle and of course Prime Toyota is the place to look. The Toyota Team was wonderful. What can I say, Berto goes the extra mile. We purchased a vehicle last year and decided that it did not meet our needs, so Berto got into one that did. Not to mention that we got a good deal. There was a warning light that came on the day after and the dealer did not have the part; Berto drove out and picked up the vehicle and got it taken care of. Buying cars can be stressful, intimidating, and even unpleasant. Thankfully this was not the case at Prime and we owe that mostly to Berto. More

The team that I dealt with at Prime Toyota, Jesse, Berto and Matt were outstanding from the minute I called on the phone. They found the exact truck I was looking for, had it ready by the time I arrived at and Matt were outstanding from the minute I called on the phone. They found the exact truck I was looking for, had it ready by the time I arrived at the dealership and they gave it to me lower than a price I thought was fair. They walked me through the process in an honest and informative manner. I never once felt pressured or rushed. The entire sales team was happy and friendly.
