I am 16 with a permit and no license yet but I was looking for a used car for about 10-12k. we got Berto's number from another used cars salesmen. As soon as we walked into the dealership you could fe looking for a used car for about 10-12k. we got Berto's number from another used cars salesmen. As soon as we walked into the dealership you could feel the energy and wanted to buy anything from that dealer. We also tried looked at about 8 other dealers, the cars weren't bad. All of the dealers that we have gone to wouldn't let me test drive because I had no license. When we went to Prime Toyota, I asked Berto if I was allowed to test drive. With out hesitation he said YES! I bought the car it is a 2002 Toyota highlander for 9,999. Berto brought it down to 9,500 out he door! We will definitely be back t buy another car down the road because of this great costumer service! More

My salesman, Neil Brown, was helpful, straightforward, pleasant and knowledgeable while walking me through the process of buying a car. He asked me all the right questions and actually found me the exact car I wanted on the first try. If he could not answer a question, he made sure he got the answer for me. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Prime Toyota was polite, helpful and not at all pushy from start to finish. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly. I worked with Neil Brown initially and he helped me find my vehicle. I went into this dealership thinking of buying a new car with 4 wheel drive. The salesman(Tom) approached me with the friendliest smile I have ever seen. For the next 4 hours this guy just had the most pati with 4 wheel drive. The salesman(Tom) approached me with the friendliest smile I have ever seen. For the next 4 hours this guy just had the most patience with me. He explained things and answered all of my (sometimes dumb) questions. He was never pushy(which I cannot stand and would have walked out) but was determined to find the right car to suit my needs. It was just such a nice friendly dealership and I will return to this dealership and this salesman the next time i purchase a vehicle. I think the thing they have going for them is that they are not phoney pushy, fake people, they raelly do care about their customers.
