We searched the internet and found a few we might be interested in. Stopped by Prime Toyota to look at an SUV. We drove through the lot to find it,but couldn't seem to locate it. A salesman named Chris asked if he could help us.I gave him the stock # that I was looking for. He was able to find the SUV located out back getting ready for the body shop. We were able to see this vehicle as it had been traded in. It appeared to be what we were looking for.After all the required work had been done to this vehicle,we came back to test drive the SUV. Chris was able to work with us on getting a deal finalized.I would recommend any customer to see Chris if they like being treated with respect and to work with a fair sales person. On a return trip for a couple of service items they were very prompt in getting this vehicle in and out.My daughter is very happy with the vehicle and the courteous people at this dealership. More

This was the best experience that I have ever had buying or even looking at cars. I went to Prime Toyota/Scion to explore my options. I already had a vehicle, but my payments were way too high and I owed a lot more than the car was worth. I met Berto Arroyo and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got a car I loved. I got to look at a lot of cars, got to do some test drives, and most importantly, I never felt any pressure to buy anything. I was treated like a good friend and I knew that he was looking out for my best interest. I ended up with a used car that was a year newer, lower miles, better looking, and $100 less a month. He even came in on his day off to help finish the paperwork because I had come in right before closing time initially. I love the car and it feels really good driving it. Berto is honest and wants his customers to leave with a great car that they are happy about. I will definitely be back if my wife wants to trade in her car. I Traded in an 2007 Toyota Camry SE, for a 2006 Sienna XLE, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. With two kids, the deal was the best purchase we had made. It started with Berto Arroyo, who took the time to figure the numbers I needed to make the payments work. Followed by Joe Flammia and Jesse Freitas for allowing to help me out with my trade in. My family within a year had bought five (5) new and used vehicles from Berto and really raved about how well they had been treated by him. He was extremely friendly and made you feel like family. My car was due for replacement so I decided to go over to Prime Toyota with my son and wife. When I went through the front door of the dealership it was like WOW, it was very impressive, neat, clean, and very noticeably geared to accommodate its customers' needs. I asked a very polite young man at the entrance desk if Berto Arroyo was in, and that I would like to see him. he went over to check to see if he was in his cubical and then escorted us to him. Fist impression, I liked him right away. I asked him a few different questions in regards to two Camry sedans that I had been looking at on the Internet. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and explained them to me. He didn't come across to me as a high pressure salesman and it didn't take me very long to realize why the rest of my family was telling me to make sure that I see Berto. I must say that Berto Arroyo is an asset to Prime Toyota and they should appreciation him for his being there. I also had a very friendly meeting with the Business Manager Michael Jones who also went that one step extra to help me meet my price range. I do appreciate the friendly and family like atmosphere that Prime Toyota has created for their customers. I ended up with the Camry Hybrid XLE and so far I absolutely love it, I am now like a kid with the greatest toy in the world. More

Berto was very helpful in purchasing my first car. He was reccommended to me by my uncle who has purchased several cars for his company from Berto. Overall, Prime Toyota of Saco made the purching of my first car a reality because I thought I would need a co-signer or even a large amount down. I didn't need any of that. Berto even gave me tips on what I could do to improve my credit score. I am very happy with my first car experience and will go back to Berto and Prime of Saco for future purchases...although with my new Toyota Corolla, that probaly won't be for a while. More
