I purchased a loaded new 2012 Toyota Camry with a good deal today and it was a pleasant experiment for me to purchas my first car. My mom and I were there for five hours. Within that five hours, Berto had deal today and it was a pleasant experiment for me to purchas my first car. My mom and I were there for five hours. Within that five hours, Berto had encouraged me to drive taught me many things about Pyris and Camry (that were the two cars that I was interested in).For all the questions that I had asked, Berto was very patient to explain all the details and make sure he answered my questions and I understood them. As we were waiting for our new car, Berto bought us sandwich and asked if we want anything to drink (that was the nicest thing). Berto had show that he care about us and show respect as being his customers and I did not feel pursures that I have to purchase certain cars. While I was trying out cars, Berto was like being a friend that give us advises on cars and offer us great deal on our car. The lastest thing that I have to say to Prime Toyota, I am so glad that I came to you guys today because my mom and I were satisfied with our first experience purchasing a car at Prime. We were surprised by their straight forward, low pressure sales approach. We conversed several times with Jan Long over a period of a week before going to the dealership.
