I went in looking to trade out of my lease 9 months early. I worked with Chris on several different scenarios, new, used, lease...and by listening intently, Chris ascertained that the best option for m early. I worked with Chris on several different scenarios, new, used, lease...and by listening intently, Chris ascertained that the best option for me to get what I really wanted, at the price I wanted, was to wait out my lease and come back in 7 or 8 months to purchase a used 4Runner. Clearly that's not what was in Chris' best interest because he worked a deal and didn't make any money, but it showed his integrity as a sales person at Prime and I won't go anywhere else. I'm thrilled with this decision, I can't wait to work with Chris again and hopefully make him some money next time:) More

Having made my decision to own a Toyota as I have had great results with the 2 Camrys I purchased for my daughters I selected 4 dealers in the area.
