i did not go in to buy a car. I had a great experience at Prime Toyota. Rick was the only salesperson, during the search for a new car, that provided the estimated costs for leasing a new vehicle that I requested. Not only that, but he was more than helpful at every turn. We had a slight glitch with the financing, due to another dealership shopping rates, which changed our credit score and was going to impact our monthly payment. Rick was very persistent with the Finance Manager, got things straightened out quickly and kept our payment the same as originally agreed. We were able to pick up the car at the agreed upon time. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, Rick got my phone hooked up to the Bluetooth and gave us a great demo of all the car's features. That was awesome! I would definitely recommend Rick and Prime Toyota to any of my friends that are in the market for a new or used car. More

Stopped in to "look" at cars. James was available to help. He treated us with kindness and respect. James is very patient and understanding. There was no pressure and lots of little things like coffee and ice cream to help pass the time.
