I had never thought of one before however, he took me for a test drive and showed me EVERYTHING the car had to offer technologically and more, showed the high points and I was sold immediatelty. He also got the price knocked down to a level I could afford and made me more excited than I have ever been to receive a newly purchased car. He bought me lunch while we waited for some paperwork to be done. Also he got me a free rental car until my new car was ready for picking up. My wife and I felt that the dealership did not care about us as a customer, they were after the bottom line and we were turn away that night without a car. I told them that I needed a car for work the next day, we have been to 8 dealership and tested over 20 cars. I told them how much I like the car that I have test ride. We had a check, ready to make a deal, no games no tricks. Over and over we could not make a deal because of the different of $114. They try to get us to refinance to meet their asking prices, we kept telling them we can not afford anymore. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone who want a fair deal and work with a dealership that cares a little bit more than $114. We were told over the phone that the car was on sale for $18,500. Our $20,000, check just wasn't enough. More
