This is my first new car and my first Toyota. Whereas I was very sure what I was looking for with regard to model, I was unsure how the process of leasing worked. My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Prime of Saco. We made the decision to buy from them on a Monday; two days later we were driving our new SUV home. (Had we not requested a rem from Prime of Saco. We made the decision to buy from them on a Monday; two days later we were driving our new SUV home. (Had we not requested a remote starter be installed, and had we not worked that Tuesday, it may have been even sooner.) We are three hours and two states away, from Saco, but it was well worth the trip. Our experience couldn't have been better. We knew the vehicle we wanted ahead of time; Prime had it on the lot; they gave us the best price. The attitude at Prime is very positive. One gets the sense that these folks truly enjoy their work. This is by no means true of other dealerships we encountered in our search. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything extra, nor was there any "bait and switch" -- we got exactly what we wanted. Our first contact was with Jim Meggison who helped us over the phone and by email. Jim -- as is true of all the Prime Toyota staff we met -- is extremely dedicated. When we needed more information, he would get back to us in no time at all. Even when the dealership had techically closed for the evening he was busy scanning and emailing information we had requested. Primarily, however, we worked with Berto Arroyo. Berto was very personable, pleasant and accomodating. He exemplifies professionalism and courtesy. He was able to turn things around quickly by emailing paperwork in advance of our visit. Mike Horwitz handled our financing. He did a great job of explaining every detail. There were no surprises when eveything was totaled up; the final cost was just as we had figured. We are very happy with our purchase and with the way we were treated. We highly recommend Prime Toyota of Saco. More

I am very pleased with the choice I made with leasing the new Toyota Venza. I never leased a vehicle before or even knew much about it, but after working with Mr. Arroyo, I now know that leasing gives me opt new Toyota Venza.
