Several years ago, my husband and I showed up at Prime Toyota just as a snowstorm hit the area. He stopped what he was doing and helped us locate the RAV4 we had selected from the online inventory. It was at the very back of the lot, yet he made sure we got to see it, sit in it and learn about its features. We bought that RAV4 because of Berto and his can-do attitude. We've discovered over the last few years that Prime Toyota takes great care of the vehicles they sell and takes customer satisfaction seriously. It should come as no surprise then that last week, when we were ready to buy a new vehicle, a Venza, we went back to Prime and asked for Berto. Once again, he went out of his way to be sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He located one vehicle for us and didn't hesitate one bit when I changed my mind and asked him to locate a different one. Berto wanted us to be happy with our Venza, not just satisfied. And next time we want to purchase a new vehicle, there's no doubt about where we'll be heading. We've never felt this way about another dealership or salesperson.
