Berto was great. He went out of his way to accommodate me in any way he could. He was patient while we figured out financing, made sure my car looked great, and also made sure I was able to take the care me in any way he could. He had someone drive 400 miles, just so I could take the car home when I wanted to...that's unheard of! Not to mention getting the car shipped from Massachusetts so I didn't have to take the trip to go see it. Don't ask for anyone else but BERTO!! More

This was my second consecutive vehicle that I have leased from Prime Toyota/Scion and I have worked with Berto Arroyo from day one. From day one Berto provided straight forward information about the Toyota vehicles I was interested in and more importantly was honest and did not give any misleading information about other makes I was considering. I consider myself a "car guy", have worked on numerous makes/models over the years and know a fairly good amount of information about cars in general. Its seems like so many dealers at other dealerships will say virtually anything, often inaccurately to attempt to mislead and sway potential customers. The integrity that Berto displays in being straight forward is refreshing! Throughout the entire 3 yr period of my first lease with Prime, Berto would occasionally touch base with me to make sure things were going well with my Toyota and that I was satisfied with my vehicle. At no time whatsoever was the contact excessive or to the point were I felt bothered. In this day and age when customer service is so rare, it was a pleasure to talk with Berto from time to time. When the time came to lease my most recent vehicle last month, Berto's customer service was again excellent. I felt absolutely NO pressure, he gave me a number of quotes in a timely manner on a few different vehicles and went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule to arrange test drives. Again, when I discussed other makes I was considering he was straight forward and emphasized that at the end of the day he wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I chose. This type of excellent customer service from Berto, is the reason why Prime Toyota/Scion will be first dealership on my list when it comes to finding my next vehicle! More

After a fantastic experience buying a car at Prime Motor Cars in Scarborough, I asked my salesman Tony to recommend someone to work with when it came time to buy my husband a new truck. He recommended Berto Arroyo and what a wonderful recommendation it was! Berto is a cut above when it comes to sales professionals. He is actually a PROFESSIONAL. He is kind, friendly, articulate, and makes his clients feel comfortable and valued. He works to make you happy every step of the way. First he gave us a fair deal the FIRST time, not after playing that stupid "lets make a deal" shell game most dealers play. He treats you with respect and makes one feel valued. When we were waiting for all the paperwork to be completed, Berto actually washed *my* car for me and it isn't even a Toyota! It was dark by the time we left the dealership, and when we looked the truck over the next day we found a scratch on the passenger side door (the truck was a demo). I texted Berto and he responded that they would pick the truck up (we live 60+miles away) paint the door, and return our truck, which they did all for free AND the truck was cleaned again, inside and out. LOVE Berto :) Amazing customer service, simply amazing. More

Worst car shopping experience EVER! Sales people were rude, arrogant and because it was not a quick sale for the snakes to collect their pray they get all pissy like HS girls. Berto Arroyo made this purchase a good experience. He was cheerfully attentive to detail. Every effort was made to accommodate my specific requests. There was a great deal of pressure to purchase protection plans/insurances. This was unpleasant and even felt judgmental. This , however, did not take away from the great purchase experience with Prime and Berto. All my family will purchase from Prime/Berto. More

My initial contact with Prime was online, but Nick Hirschy was my face-to-face contact and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the product and leasing process. I didn't get the stressful feeling that so often comes when buying/leasing a car. The dealership was very busy the day I was there and Nick guided me through all the proceedings effortlessly. I was unable to take my car home immediately, so Nick delivered it to my home on the next business day. He's been very strong on follow-up and I would recommend Nick and Prime to anyone who is car shopping. The whole experience was painless! More
