I have worked with Berto and the Toyota Team, in Saco, for the past three years. Every time I go into the store everyone is friendly and easily approachable. This day that I got my new Toyota Venza, I feel like I put Berto through the ringer.....so to speak. He helped me get two vehicles out of our hands, and made it an easy transition to get my new vehicle. Your customer service is exceptional, and I recommend Berto any time I have someone talking about getting a new/different vehicle. Purchased a 2011 Subaru WRX from Prime Toyota/Scion in April, 2013. I could not be happier with the car or the customer service I received throughout the entire process. Neil warmly greeted my wife and I right when we arrived. He was very professional and friendly from start to finish and was completely up front with all the costs associated with the purchase. Beyond that Neil provided us, without us asking, the CarFax and a dealer price comparison of all similar models within 200 miles. We definitely received a very good deal on the car. No tricks or gimmicks, we also received a line item printout and knew exactly how much we were spending even before we agreed to purchase. Scott, who was also professional and friendly, worked with us on the financing and was able to get us a great rate. Never felt any pressure from either Neil nor Scott. To top off the wonderful customer service, Neil (and the dealership's driver Jerry, who is a very sweet man) actually registered the car in Massachusetts for me and delivered it to my work in Lexington, MA (~100 miles from the dealership in Maine). I agreed to purchase the car on Saturday and it was delivered to me on Tuesday. Quite a way to finish off a wonderful car buying experience. Without hesitation, I will absolutely be recommending Neil and Prime Toyota/Scion to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle, and will be purchasing our next car through them. More
Great experience. I had my children with me and they were able to stay occupied by the pool table and the fantastic touch tank in the showroom. My family previously had a bad experience with Prime, which had made me tentative to purchase from them. Having bought from them before, I hated dealing with pushy car salesmen, and the corporate feel, b which had made me tentative to purchase from them. Having bought from them before, I hated dealing with pushy car salesmen, and the corporate feel, but this time was a COMPLETELY different experience. I went to Prime on a whim, having test driven a new Rav4 at a different dealership the day before; I really just wanted to see what they would offer me. Dylan approached me in the lot and was able to answer all of my questions, as well as give me a full tour of the new Rav4's and emphasize each and every feature. He was calm, relaxed, and knowledgeable, which put my mind at ease. We ran numbers and I was pleased that the General Sales Manager, Jesse, remembered me from my previous purchase and was eager to please me and get me the deal that I wanted. I was able to take a step back from the dealership and take the car for a spin on my own at my leisure, so that I could be certain I was happy with it. Upon return, Dylan and Jesse gave me exactly what I wanted and did everything they could to push the deal through. With it being a beautiful Saturday in Maine, the dealership was swarmed, but never once did I feel rushed or neglected, and Dylan kept me informed throughout the entire transaction. I honestly enjoyed my experience there this time, and can now say with certainty that I will be buying my next car at Prime. Dylan and Jesse are truly exceptional salesmen. Their knowledge, pride, and passion for the job and customer alone will bring people back to Prime time and time again. More
Your dealer (name noted above) took my information as to car model, year, features, financial requirements and found me the car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership (I'm from Medford, MA), he showed m car model, year, features, financial requirements and found me the car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership (I'm from Medford, MA), he showed me the car, took me for a test drive , explained the buying procedures/initial paperwork, and then sent me to the finance manager, Mike Horowitz, for the final signing for ownership (also a simple and easy process). Even the wait times were short, and the dealership surroundings were pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Arroyo to family and friends who are looking to lease or buy a new/used automobile. More

On Saturday we leased a new 2013 Highlander. This is the fourth vehicle we have leased from Prime Toyota. That should in itself tell you something. We are a Prime Toyota family, my husband, myself and my daughter. We are loyal customers in part because Prime has also been loyal to us, as well as everything about the experience is fun and pleasurable. Berto has sold us our last three vehicles and we don't see him as our saleman but as our good friend. We had been looking at the Highlander for a while, but weren't sure that we could fit it into our budget. Berto asked that we let him work with the numbers and didn't he come back with numbers that we could work with! We are now the owners of a beautiful new Highlander. Don't know how he did it, but thank you Berto. We love you man! More

Even though there is a Toyota dealer only five minutes away, I chose to drive the hour to Prime to have him help me with my next lease. I had recently lost my husband and knew I could trust him to help me make the right decision for my circumstance. My daughter came with me, because I had recently had knee surgery. She , too, was impressed by his interest and consideration. I will return again in three years and hope that Berto is still with Prime to work with me.
