I had been truck shopping ( Chevy, GMC and Toyota) for a while and been to several dealerships in the Augusta ME area and found that the hospitality and individuality was not there. This experience happened on the Friday before Mothers Day and my wife had asked for a new pair of sneakers as her gift. I told her we would ride to Portland and go to the mall but first wanted to stop at Prime Toyota and see what they had for a selection of trucks. Immediately we were pleased with the selection and Nick greeted us from across the parking lot like we were long lost friends. We had our 2 yr old with us so it had the potential to be a very tough process to talk/decide on a truck. Nick took us to the back lot to make sure we made the perfect selection. We headed inside and Nick promptly thought of the 2 yr olds needs before anything. He pointed out the touch tank, the kids room and the Cafe of which he advised to get what we wanted and it was "on him". For him not having kids , this was impressive from the start. The price of the truck was much more appealing and the options the same of the higher prices at the other dealerships. Once we had agreed on a purchase, at 0% I might add, we had to have some "extras" put on the truck in the body shop. They rushed the truck in and the work was done moments after all the paperwork signed. Although this was a two day process it was well worth the hour drive, twice! My wife loves her Mother Day gift, 2013 Tundra Dbl cab! Nick deserve a huge pat on the back for dealing with us and meeting all our needs. Four thumbs up! More

When I had to buy a vehicle for myself, I visited a few dealerships and test drove a variety of models before making Toyota my last stop. I wanted to give the other dealerships a chance to "show me what they had". By the time I made it Toyota, I was tired and cranky. Some of the salespeople at the other places talked to much and didn't give me the chance to provide my input on what I was looking for while at others I had to pry the information out of them; different techniques but not affective for me personally. At Toyota, I was given the opportunity to explain my needs and Berdo, our salesperson, anticipated my wants in a vehicle almost immediately based on my needs. I was given the best deal right from the beginning and felt no pressure in being pushed to buy a vehicle I didn't feel a connection with. Overall, the whole team at Toyota provided an outstanding customer experience. I rode home that day in my brand new Toyota Camry and am delighted with my purchase. I will always recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and a great customer experience. More

We have been dealing with Prime Toyota for a number of years and when we thought it couldn't get any better.....well, Berto and the Prime team just blew us away this past April. My husband, myself and ou years and when we thought it couldn't get any better.....well, Berto and the Prime team just blew us away this past April. My husband, myself and our daughter all traded up within weeks of each other and each experience and deal was incredible. My Highlander was first. Next was my husband's Tundra TRD Rock Warroir. We saw the sticker price and laughed at what a dream that was. But Berto said "just trust me" which we do, and took it out for a ride and fell in love with it. When he came back with the figures we were speechless except for YES! But my daughter's new Highlander was an exceptional delight. She felt it was totally unaffordable and wouldn't even look at one. But Berto worked up some figures anyway. I have never seen her so pleased and happy with a vehicle. There is no adequate rating for Berto. He is off the charts. Yes, he's making a sale, but he cares more about what kind of sale and the person he is making the sale to. Berto, you're the best! The entire Prime team provides the most incredible service. More
