Since taking delivery, he has continued to be helpful answering questions and getting further assistance when he didn't have the answer. I'd recommend Prime to anyone looking for a new Toyota/Scion. My experience with Berto Arroyo was the worst interaction I have had to date with any sales person. Our situation was unique because we were in the midst of dealing with a family emergency involving our 3 ch I have had to date with any sales person. We were scheduled to pick our vehicle on 09/02/13 and asked if we could have our vehicle ready because we very much needed two vehicles. The dealership was very accommodating with the exception of Berto. We explained out circumstances and received a very insensitive and cold response as though it was a significant imposition. He laughed in my face and hung up on me. I called the dealership back and requested to speak with a sales manager and to request we deal with another sales person. I was able to speak with Jim once I was dumped into a random voicemail box. He was accommodating and said he would help us finalize our purchase, however not before making excuses for Berto and his behavior. I have been a loyal Prime Toyota for my past 5 vehicles and due to this egregious event I no longer have the confidence in Prime. More

Another great Prime Toyota Saco experience! My parents recently bought their second Toyota at Prime and so when it was time for me to upgrade my 2006 Highlander I went straight to Prime (from Massachusett recently bought their second Toyota at Prime and so when it was time for me to upgrade my 2006 Highlander I went straight to Prime (from Massachusetts). Berto took the time to go through all the vehicle and add on options ensuring that he located the exact new Highlander I was looking for. There was no bargaining needed as he wrote up an offer that couldn't be beat and I knew simply couldn't go lower. My boyfriend can't wait for the 2014 Tundras to come so he can upgrade his Tundra and visit with our friend Berto. I'm happy to be a part of the Prime Saco family and would suggest anyone else looking for a new car to not bother with anyone else and go straight to Prime! More
