My experience from what started with a phone call to Jan Long and completing my transaction with Jim Crocker was outstanding. She then passed me on to Jim and I found him to be an extension of Jan and I felt that they were a great team and represented the Prime dealership with honesty and integrity. Scott MacDonald was a great sales person- we would use him again,no problem! There were issues with the title to the car we bought that took 10 days to resolve. This was beyond Scott's control.The Sales Manager (don't know his name???) could have been much more pro-active in dealing with us about the title delay. Once we made a small stink about the long delay, the title "magically" appeared in the mail- on Columbus Day when mail is not delivered. I wonder where it had been sitting for days??? Also, when we wanted to get a credit on our AMEX card for the $3000 deposit (because of the delay in getting the car), we were told by the sales team, "American Express won't do credit card credits. Sorry..." This was completely false- I called AMEX and they said they would be happy to do a credit. It turns out that the dealership doesn't like to do AMEX credit card credits because they are so expensive. Sorry... I don't like being lied to. Just be honest and it will serve your reputation much better. So, we finally got the car after a long delay. It could have been handled WAY better and I was surprised because PRIME has such a good reputation and we purchased our last car there and came back because it had been a good experience. More

This was our second purchase at your dealership, and how fortunate we were to have Mike Horowitz assist us both times with the business end of the transaction. Since our first acquaintance with Mike, we knew him to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable and so we were not at all surprised to find him again up to his own high standard. We were surprised, however, when we called the dealership the following week to speak to our salesman about a part that we had arranged to pick up when it came in. Our salesman was out sick, but Mike didn't hesitate to take our call, and gently rebuffing our declarations that he not go to any bother, he went to the trouble to make sure the part was there and ready for us to pick up, and called us back. Clearly this is not a employee whose goal is anything other than to make sure your customers are happy and to represent your company in such an excellent way. More
