I was very pleased that Berto Arroyo was able to help me with leasing my new Toyota Tundra. I only went down there to get an oil change. I leased my tundra from them so I wanted to know if I could lease another tundra before my lease expired. He said I could and he would get me a sales person. He knew just the right one to get. That's when I met Berto. I had a 2011 tundra and my lease wasn't up until June 2014. After explaining everything to me he asked how many miles do I have on my present truck. I told him I have 11,800 miles on my truck. However I told him I was just inquiring at this time. He said he understood that, but let me see what I can do for you. I told him right up front that again I was just looking. He said okay. He asked me a question, if you wanted to trade where would you like your payments to be? I told him it would have to be lower then what I was paying at this time. I told him I couldn't afford a higher payment at this time. Again he said I understand. Between you and me I didn't want to hackle over any prices at this time. About a half hour later or so he came back with an interesting quote. Since that amazed me I told him if he could get the price under a certain figure I would talk it over with my wife whom I just happen to bring down with me. After talking it over with my wife, my wife was very pleased with the way the sale's person (Berto) handle himself and she said as long as it isn't going to cost us more money it was up to me. I have had many experiences at this dealership, Always have great things to say. I love my new 2014 Limited Tundra. I had purchased several other cars and trucks in my time but never had I dealt with a person like Berto. He listens to what it is you are looking for and works hard for you the client to be sure you are satisfied with the choice. This latest vehicle I purchased happened just the other day and I had been on the fence for over a year. Berto took me for a ride in 2014 after I saw it while bringing in a friend I referred him. All I can say Toyota did an amazing job with this truck. They did not have the color I wanted so Berto got with Rob Arey and he was able to locate me the one that I wanted, Rob worked extra hard to get what I was looking for. To wrap up my experience Michael in finance always makes the toughest part of the sale the easiest as possible. This was my first car buying experience, and I was definitely nervous about sales-people. I already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and a loan through my credit union (which included constraints like milage and model year). Berto listened to everything and came back with the perfect car for me on the first try! I cannot say enough good things about him! He is friendly and personable of course, but also a great listener, and really went out of his way to help me (he even came in on his day off as a favor to our mutual friend). The financial guy was less than fabulous, and made us wait for more than a half hour when I came in with the final payment because he was in a meeting... But overall it was a good experience. I got exactly what I needed and I will be recommending this place (and Berto especially) to everyone I know who is looking for a car in the future. Thank you for helping me find my car! I love it! First time I ever visited your showroom. I was in the parking lot moving toward the front door when Michael Welldon appeared and shook my hand and offered to help me. He was very patient with me. I ended up buying a new RAV4 and am very happy that I did. You are very fortunate to have Michael in your employ. He is very polite, kind and efficient. He is very knowledgeable about his product and is eager to share what he knows. If I still had my own business, I would try to lure him away from you. I was that impressed. Having said that, everyone my husband & I met in the front of the house, as well as the back of the house, were all very attentive, polite and made us feel very very welcomed. Dave in the credit dept. was personable and so efficient! There was a young man named Steve (last name?) who had to call me back regarding a question. He was very pleasant and gave me the information I needed quickly. He introduced himself to me when I came into the showroom. Now that is a little extra touch. It was appreciated. My husband & I were impressed with how everyone in your salesroom worked as a team. Everyone was very respectful to one another and you didn't feel like they were competing against one another.
