We chose Prime because my father purchased a Prius just two weeks earlier, and he was pleased with the price and help he received from Bruce Donnelly, the member of the sales staff at Prime who sold him the car. So we asked for Bruce by name. (Father does know best, I guess.) The price that Bruce quoted us at Prime was easily $3,000 less than we were quoted at another Maine Toyota dealership. Bruce was clear, straightforward and professional. We live two hours away from the dealership, so we had to communicate by email to schedule a Saturday test drive. He provided a quote in writing that detailed each aspect of the price so we were in a better position to make an informed decision about the purchase. I highly recommend asking for Bruce by name. He's straightforward, fair and honest. We've had Toyotas before, purchased from another dealership in Maine. Bruce and Prime will now have our business. More

Wendy was very good at explaining the standard equipment the comes with the car. We worked together to get a reasonable price. Because my son was buying (leasing) the car for me and he lives & works in Boston Wendy worked with us to make it all happen without a hassel. Thanks to her I am now happily driving my silver Toyota Prius C3. Thank you to Prime Toyota and a very special thanks to Wendy Lewis, the Top Sales Consultant at Prime!!! She raved about the customer service, and working w/ Scott McDonald in particular. Our 4 year old son was w/ her when she did the deal and Scott was very accommodating w/ him, as he was all over the dealership like any 4 year old. Scott gave him a ride in the golf cart (which he loved) among other things. This time around we were in a pinch due to having mechanical issues w/ my current car and needing to find something relatively quick. With Scott's expertise, we were able to come away w/ a vehicle we both liked as well as a leasing agreement that worked for us. Hats off to Scott McDonald and the Prime Toyota Team! Thank You! More
This was my first time ever buying a car (I was a bit of a late bloomer with getting my license and had been driving a "hand me down" car previously) and didn't entirely know what to expect. I was scared of the typical "schmoozey sales person" type gimmicks as the steretype goes but found that was not the case at ALL with my experience. Michael Welldon is down to earth and not the typical over bearing personality one would expect from someone in sales, very laid back and eager to work for you while not bullying you into any decisions but still sharp and aware of his stock. I went with the first vehicle he picked out for me based on my interests, price range and it was the best fit for sure (a sleek looking black 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, loaded) but he suggested that I test drive other cars as well, to get a feel for my selection. He totally walked me through my first car purchase and I am confident that I made the right decision, with his guidance. All in all, I had a great experience- and definitely am with my new car! Thank you Prime Toyota and Michael Welldon! (PS: For those with children- Prime Toyota has the BEST play area ever.) More

Pam and Joe say Berto is the Best We cannot thank Berto enough for his kindness and patience and helping us through the test driving and negotiating process when buying our new Toyota We cannot thank Berto enough for his kindness and patience and helping us through the test driving and negotiating process when buying our new Toyota Tacoma. Berto must have spent about 11 hours over a couple of days while we struggled with the decision on which car/truck to purchase. Berto's expert knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in made a difficult decision much easier. At no time did we ever feel pressured and Berto made sure that we always felt like valued customers whether we made a purchase from him or not. His main goal was to make us happy and that's exactly how we feel. After we finally came to a decision on the truck, Berto was only too happy to help us with all the paperwork and took the truck, which had only just been delivered, to get cleaned and serviced and ready to drive while we completed signing papers. Berto then waited until we were finished (by now it was about 9pm) and took us out to the vehicle to help us set up Bluetooth and the other Apps available and gave Pam instruction on how it all worked which probably took almost another hour. Berto did not hesitate to sacrifice his time and effort for us along with helping us to negotiate as great deal on a great truck. We purchased a previous vehicle from Prime so we hoped for a good experience but we never expected to get the amazing help that we received from Berto. The whole team at Prime in Saco are awesome and we'd also like to thank Rob and Joe for their help and giving us a great price on our truck. Great job,Ira! More
