Berto is the MAN Berto Arroyo has dealt with my family on several occasions. He sold my brother two cars, my mother one, and now has sold me my first. I was up at school, two and half hours away, freaking out because I sold my previous car significantly faster than I had anticipated, but my nerves were calmed with a simple call to Berto. He was in constant communication with my mother or myself, keeping us informed on the status of cars and told us when he would be open to have me test drive a couple, which was basically when we were available. I was immensely interested in a specific car, which I told him about, so he went and got the car from another lot and kept it for me until I was able to look at it. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy.
