My family and I have been coming to this dealership for the past 20 years and have had an absolute fantastic experience since day one. For the past seven years I have been working closely with Berto Arroyo. I first met Berto when I purchased a NEW Tacoma back in 2009. Berto offered the BEST price around as well as the BEST customer service. He made me really feel like I was part of the Prime Toyota family. During the research and sale process, Berto was easy to get a hold of, answered all my questions truthfully, and return calls and emails in a timely manner. He even made several follow up calls after he sold me my Tacoma to make sure I was happy....I was so pleased with his service, that when it was time to buy again, it was no question that I would be calling Berto. It was no suprise....he was a dream to work with AGAIN during the research and buying process of my new 4 Runner. I couldn't be happier. He came through again with the BEST PRICE....as well as the best customer service. He gave me honest answers to questions that other dealerships tried to give me the "run around" on. Prime Toyota should be VERY proud of this guy....he is a hard worker and really knows his stuff. At this point he is not only my "go to" guy when it comes to buying cars...but I also consider him a friend. If you are looking for a new Toyota or Scion, do youself a favor and go see Berto. It is also worth mentioning that I regularly have been taking my Tacoma in to Prime Toyota in Saco for routine maintenance and off-road modification (suspension ...tires...wheels. Etc) Over the past few years I have been working closely with a service manager named Aaron Smith. He has also been a dream to work with! Very professional and he has the best interest of his customers at heart. He has set up everything from oil changes to DIFF replacements for me and does a fantastic job. I now just stop in from time to time just to say HI. Lastly....when it comes to parts (and I just bought a few extras for that new 4 Runner) make sure you see Nick Sanford in the parts department. He was able to match or beat the researched prices I gave him for aftermarket tires, floor mats, roof rack, etc. Fantastic customer service and great price! BOTTOM LINE.....because of my experience working with the employees mention above....and the friendly, clean, inviting, and truthful atmosphere of Prime Toyota ....I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealer. You hear horror stories online of "stealerships" but over the past 20 years I have NEVER had ONE issue with this place! I feel like I'm part of the family! Keep it up everyone!
