Berto listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't want and what we were willing to pay. He even negotiated with us on our trade in. He spent so much time and care making sure we understood what we were doing, was truly amazing with our son, and even went so far as to buy us dinner because we were there in the cold and rain for hours and into the late night. He never rushed us or talked to us like we were dumb. I have never met a more personable, kind, caring, and compassionate car sales person. We will never buy a car from anyone else. More
