I was sent to BERTO with hopes of finding something, from the first phone call he made me feel at ease. Made the process so easy for me got me a great deal. When going up to test drive the car we were greeted with great respect offered drinks and food. I have never been in a dealer with such great people. When papers where signed Berto went out his way and delivered my car personally to me. I couldn't of asked for a better dealership or a better salesman. Thanks Berto n prime Toyota. More

I was NOT expecting to walk in and be treated like royalty. I've never bought from a dealer before, so I was expecting hard sales tactics and all the stuff you hear about from friends or on TV. Not the case here! My family was greeted with lunch and cold drinks (it was HOT out!) while we waited for the car we picked to be brought around. Berto set up the car with a dealer plate and off we went. When we got back, he explained all the pricing options and took care of all the paperwork with our bank. Overall, everything about buying a new (or in my case, CPO) car from a dealer is amazing at Prime! More
The best car buying experience ever! I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Berto Arroyo at Prime Toyota in Saco and I LOVE it!!! I have purchased many cars in the past and have had I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Berto Arroyo at Prime Toyota in Saco and I LOVE it!!! I have purchased many cars in the past and have had okay experiences but never have I had the car buying experience that I have when I work with Berto and the team at Prime Toyota, that's why I keep going back!!! In the past I have found buying a new vehicle a stressful experience but now it's fun and easy!! I just call the dealership and ask for Berto, by the time I get to the dealership he has already done so much work work searching for the right vehicle for me! I'm usually a challenge but he always finds a way to make things work out so that I drive away in my dream vehicle!!! Once again, I am thrilled with my buying experience and my awesome new Rav!!! Told him what I was looking for and the vehicle was brought right over. It had all the options I could've asked for and more. Berto was very helpful and made sure I understood every step of the car buying process. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Prime Toyota to my friends. More
Repeatedly Poor Service/Communication & Resist-All Scam Bought a car from here for a great price nearly 2 years ago and love it. At that time, the financial agent told us that oil changes were free for the Bought a car from here for a great price nearly 2 years ago and love it. At that time, the financial agent told us that oil changes were free for the first 100,000 miles on the car. We booked our next oil change there, which is 50+ minutes away from us, only to be charged for it. We spoke to the manager, who clarified that what we were told was incorrect, but gave us the oil change for free. We discussed that we were told this at purchase of our used car, gave him the name of the person who told us this (he was there that day), and explained that it would make no sense for us to drive 50 minutes to pay for an oil change when there's a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from our home. The agent who misinformed us denied it, but wouldn't come to do it face-to-face or to apologize, as he should have. We are two honest working professionals and would never behave in such a manner, and recognize it was probably misinformation and not malicious, nor would it have affected our purchase. A second incident occurred when something came in contact with the surface of our car, and should have been covered under the Resist-All policy--a service we paid $500 for at car purchase because it sounded like a good option. Cal-Tex (the company selling the policy) had declined without good (any) reason (they have a comprehensive policy, and we pointed that out), and we've talked to them directly. In fact, they were supposed to return our inquiry and haven't. We asked Prime to cover the cost since they sold us the policy, or prorate the policy and reimburse us the difference, since we were promised this service. They were willing to buff the spot for "discounted" $70-80, which we'd rather pay another, more responsible business more, out of principle. We called the person (Rob Arey) above the agent we were working with (at his recommendation), left a few messages, and he has yet to address the issue OR return our call(s) after ~2 weeks. This is beginning to sound like a scam and we are tired of calling people who are not responding in a professional or responsible manner. We are going to contact the Better Business Bureau and deal with it through there. We did tell Mr. Arey this in a voicemail, and gave ample time to respond, which he didn't. We will never purchase another service from this dealership, as this is an irresponsible display of accountability (or lack thereof). And we would highly recommend against the Resist-All service at any dealership, as the first incident that should be covered under the policy we paid for is being declined without good reason. That is an entirely different claim to the BBB. I hope this helps someone else. We will not recommend this dealership. More

Extremely responsive at every level with each individual. I just bought a 2015 RAV 4 and love it. Berto Arroyo is the best. He has just the right approach to put the customer at ease while going through what can be a most stressful experience. He said there would be no problem with each request and he was right. Honest, knowledgeable and excellent manner with the customer. The topper was just when I thought they would not be able to produce the vehicle requested Berto emailed me after 9:00pm to let me know that they had it. The very next morning I had an email video of my new car with a voice over from him to show me the features that I had requested. Now home less than five days to complete a purchase that others said could not be done. Well done Prime and Berto, Rob and Stephen!!! More

We had several courteous and professional communications via email with the online manager, Matthew Greaney, before visiting the dealership. When we showed up, the salesman, Jason Defelice, met us immediately and walked us through the process. We knew exactly what we wanted (down to the individual used car in their inventory), what we wanted for a trade, and our bottom-line price. As always, there was haggling, but very soon we reached agreement and the deal was done quickly thereafter. The entire process was pleasant and there was absolutely no weirdness or hard-sell. We walked in, said, "that one," went back and forth on price once, took a test drive, shook hands, wrote the check, sorted things out with the business guy (very pleasant, even at 9:30 at night), got in the new car and left. Best car buying experience in 35 years. I hate the car-buying process because I always feel totally out of my element. This was about as close to a perfect buying experience as I can imagine. More
