Service was a breath of fresh air - seriously! After many bad service experiences with my Tacoma in Portland (dealer to remain unnamed here), I called Prime for a broken leaf spring on my truck. The service person knew about the recall before I said anything and told me he'd order a replacement right away. I asked if he needed to see it first (the other place first told me no, then never ordered it because they did need to see it... arggghhh), and Prime said no. I even volunteered a picture of the broken spring and he said don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. So, the day the leaf pack came in, my wife took it in. She loved the place - wants to take it back for maintenance, something about massages on the w/e? lol! Anyway, they replaced both sets of leafsprings and told her it might need to come back once Toyota figures out how they want to handle the recall, this fix was temporary. 2 new sets of leafs are a temporary fix? Love these guys! Maybe I'll go in on the w/e for the massage. Ha! More

I contacted Berto through a recommendation from a work buddy, and he immediately started giving me options. Everything about my communication with Berto was excellent - he always answered promptly, always answered my questions, and never pressured me into coming in, buying right away, or consider things that were outside of my means. Berto found exactly what I was looking for, gave me the best deal right up front, and gave me the time and space to make a decision. I gave him about an hours notice that I wanted to come in and he said no problem. After the deal was done, he took the time to show me things in the truck that we hadn't gone over yet - helping me set my phone and radio settings, going over XM radio settings, etc. He was there after the dealership closed, without hesitation, to make sure I was a happy customer. I was sent to BERTO with hopes of finding something, from the first phone call he made me feel at ease. Made the process so easy for me got me a great deal. When going up to test drive the car we were greeted with great respect offered drinks and food. I have never been in a dealer with such great people.
