Berto and my husband were in contact for a week or more until the perfect car fell into our laps. The price was right and it had more options then we requested. Berto helped us through the entire process, even setting up the Bluetooth on our cell phone to sync with the car and showing us all of the safety features and explaining the warranty left on the car. He was always responsive to all of our questions. He is very friendly and it was by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. More
