He took the time to show me all the features in the vehicle, including setting up Bluetooth connectivity for my phone and describing the function of the safety features (e.g. lane keeping assist, etc.). I'm a repeat customer at Prime Toyota, having bought a Corolla 9 years ago which has had excellent reliability. My experience today confirms that Prime Toyota cares about its customers and I'd highly recommend JD to anyone looking for a solid, reliable vehicle at a competitive price. In This was the single best sales experience I've ever experienced. I met with Berto on Saturday January 26, 2019 to discuss my end of lease options. In the 3 or so hours spent with him I went from discussing a vehicle purchase with a stranger to feeling like I was catching up with a long lost friend. Nothing about my experience felt like anything that had to do with sales......but what it did feel like was two guys chatting about a lot of common interests. The process was simple, friendly, and fun. Berto took the time show my how to use all the safety features, which is pretty standard I assume, but he also looked into a feature not listed, verified my vehicle had it, then downloaded the app to utilize the said feature to my phone. The sale had already been made, he didn't have to go out of his way to show me how to use a feature that wasn't even listed. Berto has since followed up a couple of times and has made me feel that I'm not just his customer when sitting at his desk. I will without hesitation recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see Berto. Side note: I love my Tundra Scott F More

Sales dept was great, service dept terrible Have bought four vehicles here and sales people were always top notch. Service dept ...not so much. I brought my new truck in for routine tire rotati Have bought four vehicles here and sales people were always top notch. Service dept ...not so much. I brought my new truck in for routine tire rotation and oil change. The next day my husband found oil on the garage floor and called me at work. I called the service dept. and they said do not drive it any further. They sent a tow truck to pick it up and bring it in. I was told that the oil my husband found was just drippings off the “splash guard”, from the oil change. I brought the truck home and we looked under the hood. They had not put the new oil filter on correctly and oil had blown all over the engine! The service guy had made an attempt to power wash under the hood but had missed oil all over the radiator, battery holder and more!!! The service dept. had outright LIED to my face! The honest truth would have been acceptable. I will NEVER TAKE another vehicle to them for service. They could have destroyed a very expensive vehicle with their sloppy work. More

Thus, will give a rating of five stars for always managing any issues I have with no qualms. But today (21 Jan 2019), it's a high of 10 degrees Fahrenheit, a balmy 6 when I showed up.. and they decide to wash the car. I understand the intention to have every car leaving the dealership looking clean, but at some point using a pressure washer just puts ice where it doesn't need to be once you move the car outside. I will still recommend this dealer, and April for sales and service, I will just add on a reminder to instruct no washing in winter. More
