I'm not sure you're the person to send this to but please let the service dept know that I am very disappointed in what happened. I was told upon arrival by a very nice older gentleman that I had a small scr let the service dept know that I am very disappointed in what happened. I was told upon arrival by a very nice older gentleman that I had a small screw in one tire. He felt it was in a spot that I could just leave it in and see how things went. Shortly after I received a text from Trevor stating that I needed a brand new tire. Because I just lost my husband and am very new to all this I said ok. He said it would cost around $100. ($200 being covered) I have since found out from a person who has a lot of experience that the tire could have been plugged and I did not need to buy a brand new one. I was never given that option and I feel like I was taken advantage of. when I have to go to your dealership again I will make sure that I bring someone knowledgeable with me. I'm sure I will get an argument about this from your superiors but I needed to tell someone nevertheless. Please pass this along Thank you Julie Harper More
