I have had the easiest sales experience I have ever had at a dealership here. I traded my 2022 Tacoma, which was at the end of its lease, for a 2025 RAV4 hybrid. I was treated very well on the trade valu at a dealership here. I traded my 2022 Tacoma, which was at the end of its lease, for a 2025 RAV4 hybrid. I was treated very well on the trade value for the lease, and got an affordable monthly payment for all along with a small down payment. My salesman, Berto Arroyo, treated me like we knew each other for 20 years, was super patient, gracious, and kind. I have never had a sales experience as positive and low key as this. I'm amazed. Also, thank you to the rest of the staff that stayed late as we finished our sale. I honestly didn't think I'd be driving out with a new vehicle so quickly, but Berto made it happen for my family. I have been going out of my way to another dealership, but today I was very encouraged by how Tori Lambert listened and assisted me with getting my tundra in for a potentially serious problem.
