A check engine light had popped up and disappeared which brought me in to have it checked out. I was told that it would be ~$140/hr for the assessment. It took ~ 30 minutes and $76 was charged with nothing brought me in to have it checked out. I was told that it would be ~$140/hr for the assessment. It took ~ 30 minutes and $76 was charged with nothing found. I left and the check engine went on again later that evening. I am unsure of what to do next. My next day off is not for another week. When i went to pick up vehicle again Ricky was ther greatest always making sure everything going ok by checking on me periodically until the minute i drove off. Thanks again for everything Ricky. My experience in dealing with Aaron last week was very positive. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with the maintenance of my vehicle. I purchased a brand new car and of course they always want you to purchase the extended warranty. I was unable to leave the dealership without the warranty. I sat there for hours explaining how I didn’t want you to purchase the extended warranty. I was unable to leave the dealership without the warranty. I sat there for hours explaining how I didn’t feel the need or want for it as I couldn’t afford it. After hours went by of saying no I finally said whatever just put it on because they assured me it was an easy process to remove. Within a week of purchasing I tried to remove it over the phone but they told me I had to come in person ( it took me multiple hours to drive there and this was not discussed ) Anyways, moving forward I didn’t feel comfortable enough to go alone so I brought my fiancé into the dealership with me. My fiancé explained that we want the warranty off and the sales man told him to let me speak for myself. I quote “are you going to be in her life in the next three years when her car breaks down”. This gave me a uneasy feeling, first of all it was very disrespectful, second of all that made me feel as if I’ve made the wrong decision purchasing such a unreliable vehicle. I mean it was a brand new car and I know of plenty brand new vehicles that don’t explode after 3 years. Finally, the salesman agreed to let us remove the warranty. I signed the paperwork and he said it should take less then 60 days and we went on our way. Here I am three months later with the warranty still attached. The process to purchase the car was about an hour and another 4 hours was not letting me leave without the warranty. I was treated poorly and I was lied too at this dealership. I haven’t had many issues with the car itself but I would’ve rather spent the same amount of money at a different dealership that doesn’t make you waste a bunch of time, money and can’t even treat you with respect. The issue at hand is still unresolved. I’ve called and left multiple emails and voicemails without hearing back. More
