I contacted Manchester Subaru via email regarding a 2010 Subaru Outback Limited and Ron emailed me back shortly after I sent the request. He gave a price lower than all other dealers with more options included. We discussed my trade vehicle, down payment, and estimated monthly payments. I got exact numbers based on my description of my trade. I showed up at the dealership at 6pm and was driving off the lot with my new car at 7:30! My trade was valued right around the discussed amounts and monthly payment worked out to be right where I wanted it. I got the car I really wanted with all the options I wanted and I love it! Manchester Subaru offers free inspections for life and a free lifetime powertrain warranty. I'm very happy with my experience at Manchester Subaru and very pleased with my interactions with Ron Blais. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. They have a large selection of vehicles, good prices, and were easy to deal with. More
Let's sum it up this way-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I tried to not post this, and thought long and hard, but I really think people should know about the sleazy tactics used at this dealership. I went in to buy a car, made it very clear I intended to buy and take the car home that day(no tire kickin here!)Was completely informed about the incentives, the average discounts, AND I qualified for the Cash For Clunkers. Going by that program, you worked your best deal, THEN told the dealer about the "Clunker". I felt it best to let the dealer know I was a Sales Manager in the car business for almost 20 years, and out of respect for, and to save their time, I informed them upfront about the Clunker rebate. I also told them that I was looking for a good deal. I drove the car(leftover '09), and when I returned, THEY TOLD ME THEY WANTED STICKER PRICE!!! STICKER PRICE?? ARE YOU NUTS?? IT'S A LEFTOVER!!! I asked why they thought sticker was a good deal, and they said it was because of the Clunker rebate. I informed them that should have no bearing on it because you were supposed to do that AFTER making your best deal, at which point they said "We would not honor the deal if the Clunker rebate was asked for after negotiating." Talk about feeling like you need a shower after dealing with this type of sales organization!! Go Elsewhere!! They may not have as much inventory, but there are PLENTY of other choices out there where your business will be appreciated. More
Was quoted a price over phone and worked through paper over the phone. Took day off next day to close deal and pick up car. They stated they missed quoted me and the price was thirteen hundred more. This was 800 over the highest price I recieved any where else. They had four means of contacting me and they found the error at 4:30 the night before. The price quoted was to get me in the showroom. No remorse for wasting a days pay for me. Dealerships in Exeter and Concord are much nicer and strait forward folks. More
