After a couple of minutes browsing the lot, I was greeted by the salesperson, Joseph Rhodes. He encouraged me to take a look around, pointed me in the right direction of the model (Subaru Forester) I was interested in, and told me to let him know if I had any questions. No pressure, polite, and friendly. Joseph and I looked at several of the Foresters on the lot and he pulled one out for a test drive. He was very helpful at explaining the various options and controls in the car. At no point was there any "what can I do to get you in the car today?" sales pitch that I've experienced at other places. After the test drive, I was sold. Joseph gave me a quote, which I thought was very competitive and told me to contact him. However, I was ready to purchase that day, so Joseph arranged the paperwork and explained the purchasing process and financing options clearly. The Subaru Forester that I was interested in was available that day. I had been renting a car and had casually mentioned that I was returning it. Joseph offered to meet me at the rental car place with my new Subaru Forester. Great service! Good selection. Fair deal. No high pressure tactics. Would definitely buy from here again. More
