Went in for an oil change when I got a "mid pipe exhaust gasket starting to crack and seized spring bolts diganosis" $180 estimate to repair. Car has 36k miles on it and passed inspection only 2 months prior by a different Subaru Dealership. Thanked them and I went to a BBB acredited Meineke who looked at it and said there was nothing wrong. Figured I would get 2 out of 3 opinions, so I then I went to another BBB acredited Subaru Dealership who also said there was nothing wrong! Two reputable organizations refuted this dealership's diagnosis, including a Subaru dealership. I could never buy, give a recomendation for or go back to this dealership. They have 0% credibility in my book. More

His brother Todd who owns the dealership is such an expert in his field and goes all out and tells you what is the best options for you. He is not a sales person but an educator. They both went out of there way to make my deal work and told me everything I need to know up front. Jack does not pressure you or treat you like a typical sales person from all those other local dealers in the area. If you want the truth, honest answers, someone who will work with you and not against you and most of all treat with you with respect then you need to see Manchester Subaru for your next vehicle. They stand behind what they sell and will not mislead you. Todd is the owner and he tells you the facts and not just throw figures at you to get a sale. Bought 2007 Subaru Outback 10 months ago from Manchester Subaru. Had to replace Head Gaskets and both Rear Bearings in 2 month period and needed $550 more dollars for repairs. I did not want car anymore due Subaru. Had to replace Head Gaskets and both Rear Bearings in 2 month period and needed $550 more dollars for repairs. I did not want car anymore due to reliability, so I spoke with Manager and then to Joey. Joey was great and very professional. However, I believe that they could have given more incentive with regards to the new care purchase, due to the amount spent on repairs to Outback. I love the new Impreza, and the gas milage is great! I feel that this vehicle was the right choice. I do recommend getting a 1 year warranty in writing for used vehicle, to avoid the hassle of dealing with repairs and who is responsible. I do not think I got a great deal, but the salesman Joey LaBranche made it a good experience. More
