Exceptional Customer Service Kevin is great! He took time to show me all of the ins and outs of my new car, before I had made the decision to purchase it, and then once again aft Kevin is great! He took time to show me all of the ins and outs of my new car, before I had made the decision to purchase it, and then once again after I committed to purchasing my new car! He is so friendly and helpful. He stayed an extra 2 hours after closing to make sure the sale went smoothly, that the car was clean and gassed up before I took it home. My family and I have had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin in the past at another dealership, and we now come to Manchester Subaru because we love the service we get from Kevin. He even called today to male sure I didn't have a problem getting my insurance binder faxed over, letting me know they successfully took some equipment out of my old Subaru that I traded in, and answered a few other questions that I had. Then he asked for my mother's number to follow up with her about questions she had regarding an update that she was needing to do on the software for her Outback. A+ service!!! More

Gary Wadsworth hardly let me exit my car before he had taken me willingly in tow to begin my test drive in the vehicle I had driven 2.5 hours to see. He had mentioned on the phone that he would not have encouraged me to come unless he was sure it was a good car and a good deal. It was both. Later that afternoon I left with my " new" car and a smile on my face. Thank you Gary and everyone else who helped make it such a positive experience. More
Engine Rebuild Never Fixed Car. Worst service I have ever received. Straight up theft as far as I am concerned. Brought the car in for a warrantee brake issue. Asked them to take a look at the fact that the engine was running roughly. Came back with a big estimate for a rebuild. Car had 155,000 miles so figured it wasn't out of line. They talked me into a new clutch and some suspension as well (original clutch was on it, so definitely time to replace). I just hoped nothing big would happen and screw me. Then what happened I never planned on: When I received the car back (after paying about 10% more than was agreed on, but over the phone), it just didn't run quite right. I was told that might happen during the break-in period so I waited 3000 miles and then brought it back in. I'm not going to go through everything, but my car was in and out of Manchester Subaru 6 times over the next few months, often staying weeks at a time for repairs that should take an hour. Every time (except one) I picked it up after being "fixed" it still didn't run correctly on the way home. Only once did the problem go away, but only for a week before it came right back. The service manager kept asking me to give them more tries, but I am out of patience (long ago) and I think SIX tries is enough. The owner told me that as far as he was concerned the car is running fine. I got a second opinion to confirm the problem, but he told me he'd only look at a diagnosis; THATS WHAT I GAVE MANCHESTER SIX TRIES TO DO BUT THEY FAILED! I feel robbed. I was the original owner of that car, and now it is in no better condition than before I sunk $5500 into repairs of a car that still doesn't run. What do I do now? Never buy another Subaru again, or let any person I know go to Manchester Subaru. More
You will be happy, we were! We were a little nervous when we arrived at the Manchester Subaru. We know buying a vehicle can be a long process and this would mean we would need alot of patience and so would the people selling the car. We knew we wanted a New to us car (slightly used car). We saw right away that Kevin our dealer had lots of patience. We asked to see lots of cars and needed keys and info. He put on many miles running in and out to retreive and come back, which we are greatly apreciative. We were given the ok to keep our car close by so that our son could wait safely in the car and we could still see him. After the our choice was made again Kevin was not pushing us to all come inside, he understand and had wanted us to do what was best for us and our child. I went out a few times to talk to my husband and each time Kevin said " he understood and it was not a bother . Thank you Kevin for your help in so many ways! We loved our experience at the Manchester Subaru and would FOR sure return:) More
Wow pretty much explains the experience we had purchasing our new Outback from Jack Berkowitz at Manchester. Living in Southeastern Mass, we really had no prior knowledge of Manchester until my brother who l our new Outback from Jack Berkowitz at Manchester. Living in Southeastern Mass, we really had no prior knowledge of Manchester until my brother who lives in North Country referred us. We were so happy that we contacted Jack. Not only did he get the deal done for us via email and phone, he personally delivered the car to our doorstep, and spent plenty of time patiently explaining the vehicles features; etc. Jack was pleasant, professional, and worked diligently to accommodate our every need. We really appreciated that he treated us with respect as people, not just as a "commission". Although we live 2 hours away, this was without a doubt, the easiest and most satisfying new car purchase we have ever made. I highly recommend you consider dealing with Jack. He is a sincere man who doesn't xx you. That's really what we were looking for, and we found that in Jack. Thanks again bud. More

From the moment I first stepped foot on the lot until the moment my signature was scrawled next to the final "X", I never once felt pressured or up-sold. Instead, the Manchester Subaru team simply listened. Whether I was spewing the nature of my needs and wants or expounding upon the boundaries of my financial wherewithal and obligations, Charlie Foster and his team heard what I had to say and shot me straight throughout the entire process. More than accommodating, Charlie and Manchester Subaru went out of their way to add my name to their laundry list of satisfied customers. Let me start by stating I just had the best car buying experience ever!! What started as simply researching vehicles turned into a purchase within a weeks time mostly because of the excellent customer se experience ever!! Although we test drove a Forester at another dealer we intended to purchase at, a quick inquiry to Gary resulted in a guarantee to beat any other price. Also a commitment to drive the vehicle to our residence and pick up the trade in exchange. Tough to pass up. As we finalized pricing it was discovered that our trade had been in an accident prior to our purchase thus making it difficult to sale. Gary stood by his word to honor the trade price quoted despite the report of an accident. Very impressed to work with a man of his word and not the stereotypical "car salesman." Gary's manager Mike was equally impressive to work with as we spoke one evening to close the deal and ending up having a good laugh about our kids and humorously discussing where we live. Very relaxed atmosphere, easy to talk to. Need a car? Especially a Subaru. Highly, strongly suggest you give Gary and Mike a call at Subaru of Manchester. Easy purchase. As for closing the sale, Gary actually drove to my wifes place of work and we signed the paperwork in the parking lot! He will make the sale anywhere and work around your schedule.
