The office was clean, laid back, comfortable, and everything about it made us feel like we weren't in a car dealership. The staff (and especially Joey) were very patient, understanding, and accommodating when we had an unforeseen banking issue. In the end, everything worked out great, the car looks and feels great, and I feel good about going with Manchester Subaru. I highly recommend Todd and Joey and their first class dealership. My son's 2006, Impreza was losing a quart of oil every two to three hundred miles. The service department said the head gaskets were leaking. Had the head gaskets replaced, which was repaired on schedule. two to three hundred miles. The service department said the head gaskets were leaking. Had the head gaskets replaced, which was repaired on schedule.....almost unheard of nowadays, and at a better price then the other local Subaru Dealers. After two weeks we noticed his car was still losing the same amount of oil. This time they said the piston rings were shot and it would cost almost twice the amount we paid for the head gaskets. After talking with Steve on why I should not have to pay the full price he subtracted the cost of the head gasket work from the engine overhaul.......A SERVICE MANAGER THAT'S FAIR!!! It's been at least two months since the engine overhaul and the car is running great and not burning any oil. Can' t say enough to thank you for a very pleasant and professional experience. I haven't dealt with a car dealer for nearly twenty years because of bad experiences and because of you I'll gladly return to Subaru of Manchester. Thanks again, Greg R. And my son Jake More

Last month I purchased a new 2011 Subaru Forester at Manchester Subaru. Before I showed up in person I had sent an online purchase offer. The salesman, Joey LaBranche responded that the dealership would accept the offer and to come in and work out the details. When I got to the dealership, they honored the online puchase offer,they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and a great financing deal. Joey went through all the paperwork, owners manual, controls and features on the vehicle and answered any and all questions. He even worked with the parts department to make sure all my requested optional accessories were well taken care of. I even ended up driving home in my new Forester the same day. I,ve been driving it now for a little over a month and I love it. All in all, I have to say that the professionalism and positive can do attitude of Joey LaBranche and the crew at Manchester Subaru made for a very satisfying vehicle purchase experience. I got this info. from Consumer Reports Money Advisor at the very last minute. I ended up saving about $3000 over sticker and $1440 over my local dealer I called Jack and he immediately gave me a great price, found exactly the car I wanted within hours and delivered it 2 days later to me in Vermont. I was really impressed by the fact that they are so committed to "walking the talk" and not finding ways to change the deal, add other charges or otherwise making me nuts. I have had and have heard about so many horror stories about dealers that it was a great relief to find an honest dealer with a great pricing structure. I recommend Manchester Subaru and Jack Berkowitz very highly. Why would you go anywhere else? More
