I was recently planning to buy a new vehicle from Manchester Subaru. I had spent extensive time working out a price with the staff and subsequently went in to put a deposit on the vehicle that we had Manchester Subaru. Unfortunately, when I arrived the staff informed me that they would no longer honor the deal that we had talked about despite the fact that they had told me that the offer would be good whenever I came in. After I expressed my unbelief at their backing out of our deal they did try and take the offer to the owner who had just walked by. He never came out to meet me, just sent word that he wouldn't honor the agreement. An unfortunate experience that I hope doesn't happen to anyone else. I will not go back to this dealership, nor will I send any of my friends or business associates. I don't like to work with people that I can't trust. More

I went to this dealership when I purchased a 1997 Outback from a private sale and I had some major issues with it. I decided after the superior performance of the Outback in the snow that I wanted to trade my truck and Outback in on a single Subaru. I spoke with Charlie Foster who was my salesman and he worked very hard with his managers to find the price of a vehicle that would fit what I could afford. There we some issues with my credit score that made it difficult to get the vehicle, but Todd the owner would not take no for an answer from the bank. Once we found a vehicle I could afford and loved I asked if they could make it certified so I could get the warranty as I drive a lot in a week for my job. They told me of the minor added cost and made it happen for me. Now because of the Tenacity of the owner Todd and the helpfulness of Charlie I have a 2009 Impreza with a mere 40K miles on it and a warranty that covers the car up to 100K miles! I will send all that I know to this dealer and I will return there as well. This is the first dealership ever where I felt like I was the most important customer there and I was not even buying new! I was there for 7 hours and if I could do it over again I would be there for another 7 exactly the same way! Rob Mission More

He was able to beat everyone's price within a few hundred miles (saved about $1500 over the local dealer), got me the car with the exact options I wanted, provided superb communication, and even personally delivered the car! After deciding it was finally time to get a new car I decided to go with an all wheel drive vehicle even though I've had great success with front wheel drive vehicles. Dec. and I needed a car immediately. Bob the sales associate passed me on to Joey Labranche and the rest was history. Joey explained the ins and outs of everything,I received a great deal on the vehicle and was just a pleasure to work with. He worked through all the information in a timely manner and had me on the road in my brand new car in about an hour which was well worth the wait. He also saved an important item that I left in the car when I contacted him and he told the people not to through the items away. They did anyway and he dug through the trash to get my items. I absolutely fell in love with the car and even more so how well it fights ba until I went to Manchester Subaru and test drove one of the best cars!
