I gave him my expectations for what I could afford and how much I could put down. He laid everything out front for me, explained everything and never made me feel pressured in any way. They were able to get me approved and driving home, even with my less then spectacular credit within 2 hours from test drive to driving home. Now that my lease is almost up, I am going back to him, this is my dealership for life. Every time I am in for my oil changes/maintenance he always says hi, remembers my name and makes sure everything is working well for me. More

He listened to our interests as On June 8, 2014 we went to Manchester Subaru to just look at a newer Subaru. We were met by Matt Knezevic in the lot. He listened to our interests as to what we were looking for. He then showed us the cars most likely to meet our needs. During the discussion it was clear that he was paying attention to our concerns. There was never any attempts to oversell or push a car beyond what we wanted. We liked one certain car very much but it was just outside our payment abilities. There was never any "what will it take for you to buy this car" which is a phrase and tactic which I hate. Matt listened to us and worked to get the trade and payments to a point where we could agree on. There was never any pressure, only a genuine effort to help us purchase this car. We love our new to us 2013 Outback and look forward to having it for many years to come. More
