I highly highly recommend Manchester Subaru! Todd (owner) gave me a FANTASTIC deal on my 2013 Outback. It is important to note that I pride myself on being an educated buyer, that is to say, an excellent negotiator , so the fact that I am happy, speaks volumes about Manchester Subaru! Other dealers had told me there was no way I could get such a good price on my new 2013 Outback or my 2006 trade, but they were absolutely wrong. The entire process was wonderful, the best ever! Do not be afraid to give this dealership a try, they deliver exactly what they tell you they will! Jack,( salesman) took great care with delivering the car , paper work etc. Jack was so easy to deal with , answered every question and did not rush us out the door. Jack took the time to explain the car and was very detailed with great enthusiasm. He made the buying experience something special. This dealership goes the extra mile. They know how to treat and keep their customers. Go get yourself a great deal and be treated right too! More

He hooked me up with a loaner car until my new one was ready, and called a day ot two after I picked it up to make sure everything was fine, and that I had no problems. I was referred to Manchester Subaru by a friend who purchased his last car there and is in the process of purchasing his next car from them. I was hesitant because the dealership is over 100 miles awa purchased his last car there and is in the process of purchasing his next car from them. I was hesitant because the dealership is over 100 miles away from me, but figured I'd give them a shot at it. I called and asked for Jack Berkowitz and within 10 seconds was greeted by the owner, Todd Berkowitz, explaining that Jack was on the lot and offering his assistance. I gave him the specs on the car I wanted, provided my email address and within 15 minutes had a quote. I was working back and forth with two other dealers attempting to get my best price . . . Manchester beat both of them. I had my old car sold and made a phone call to finalize that, but found out the deal wasn't going to happen. So I had to throw a trade into the deal as well. The trade value I got from each of the dealerships was not what I needed it to be, but only one of them listened to my reasoning, understood where we had to get to in order to close the deal, and then gave it to me . . . Manchester Subaru. Todd respectfully did everything via email with me, (because that's how I asked for us to do it), and made it easy to buy a car from them. Jack called to take credit application info over the phone, then delivered the car the next day where I signed paperwork from the comfort of my own home. He took the time to review the car's features with my wife, made sure all of our questions were answered, then drove away with our trade-in. Todd and Jack were courteous, professional, friendly and the process of buying a car from them was truly painless. They took the time to understand my situation, knew what I needed, and then had the ability to make it happen, without hours and hours of back and forth negotiating. I got the car my wife wanted at the price I wanted, delivered to my door. You can't ask for anymore than that. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Todd and Jack at Manchester Subaru and my wife couldn't be happier with her new Outback . . . these guys want to sell cars and go further than other dealers in order to do it. I have no hesitation recommending them if you're in the market for a new Subaru. Best car buying experience I've ever had, bar none. More

I have had just about every experience with car dealerships over the years, but Manchester Subaru was by far the best. It is clear to me that these guys want to build lifelong customers. We were dealerships over the years, but Manchester Subaru was by far the best. It is clear to me that these guys want to build lifelong customers. We were still struggling with what model to purchase, but Joey and the rest of the team were patient and never resorted to pushy tactics while we took our time to make the best choice for us. We feel we got a very fair deal and walked away feeling great. They stand by their products and offer additional services that are very attractive to someone like myself that likes to take care of their cars and tend to keep them for a long time. Subaru is very popular here for good reason; it is a quality product. With the knowledgable and fair sales staff that we encountered at Manchester Subaru, I plan to return for many years to come. 1. I was promised $200 off over the phone before driving 5 hours to be told they coupdnt do that. 2. 2 hours into the drive home I get a check engine light.I stopped and checkd the oil. Clutch burned out after 1 week. 4. Both front tires have bubbles in side walls 5.they swear it had a NH inspection but it had an expired sticker and will not pass maine inspection. He was very upfront about everything which I really appreciated as a beginner in the car buying process. I definitely had a ton of questions and he was able to answer everything very clearly for me. I walked away with a leased Legacy and can't say enough good things about the entire sales process. More

Long version: Given the phenomenal experience I recently had at this dealership, I feel compelled to write a review. I have been looking to purchase a used Subaru WRX for several months. There aren't many WRX for sale where I live (upstate NY), so I had been looking around other areas within a 200 mile radius. I finally found a used 2011 for what I thought was a good price. Thankfully I waited another week before purchasing and I happened to stumble across Manchester Subaru. To my shock, I found they were selling brand new 2013 Subaru WRXs for the same exact price (well below MSRP) with the same exact option as the 2011 USED WRX that I was looking to purchase! I called them up thinking this had to be a mistake. Nope. The price was correct. So, there is your first takeaway. You will simply not find a lower price on WRX's in the Northeast. Believe me. I have looked around. The sales person I spoke with on the phone was an individual by the name of Jack Berkowitz. I am sure everyone at the dealership is great, but I have to strongly recommend that you buy a car from this guy. He is very laid back with absolutely no hint of that "pushing car salesman" demeanor that I have unfortunately experienced at other dealerships in the past. It was refreshing dealing with someone like him. I was trading in a car and I wanted to make sure we were within the same ballpark on the trade-in value before I drove out there (3 1/2 hour drive). I didn't expect to hold them to a specific figure because of course they need to see the car. I just wanted to see where there ballpark number was. I gave Jack a figure and he came back with a number that was just slightly lower (but certainly fair) and good enough for me to drive out to NH. The day I went out I was nervous. I was afraid that the dealership would offer me a lower figure for my car once I got there because they knew I was coming all the way from NY (3 1/2 hour drive) and in sense they had all of the power. They could just say "take it or leave it" and then I would be stuck with either (a) a bad deal or (b) a long drive back with no new car. I was so relieved (and surprised) that they kept the price we talked over the phone! They didn't even try to nickel and dime me down a couple of hundred dollars. They kept the price as is and had everything ready to go. Given the rock bottom price for the WRX and the great trade in value they were giving me, it took all of about 2 seconds before I was signing on the dotted line. Jack was great as was the finance manager who helped me through all of the paperwork. I think I was in and out of the dealership within 1 hour. I really couldn't have had a better experience. Here is the bottom line: This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. If you are within a 4 hour drive of this dealership and are on the fence as to where you should purchase your next Subaru, don't be. The answer is simple: Manchester Subaru of NH. More
On December 9,2012 I signed papers to buy my first Subaru - Impreza hatchback with AWD. The experience was so easy. However the whole process of final selecting, finding a comfortable price, and understanding the steps involved with ownership, was all a breeze because of my sales person, Joey LaBranche. His style matched with me - no fake hi energy, no talking down to a single woman, answering questions thoroughly and professionally. When I picked up the Subaru Joey sat with me in the car and walked me through Impreza's different features. At a later date I'll take Joey's offer to help me set up my cell phone with the Blue Tooth technology. Thank you, Joey for all your care. Another employee, name forgotten, was very pleasant, as well.
