We decided to go test drive the vehicle and get some more information and see how difficult a process it would be to buy in NH and register in MA. We called ahead to the dealership to be sujre the vehicle we were looking at was available. Joey LaBranche had the vehicle ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. We had a great experience dealing with him. He explained the process to buy in NH and register in MA. He put together all the paper work we needed for the insurance and RMV. This was all on a Sunday evening, and by Tuesday evening we had our new Subaru fully insured and registered in a very simple process. Joey delivered the vehicle to us on that Tuesday evening and went over the entire vehicle with me. We had a great experience and will definitely buy from them again. More

Excellent Sales Consultant We drove down to Manchester to meet with a specific sales consultant to purchase the only 2015 STI available and to find a used car for my sister. At exactly 1:30, we were pulling into the parking lot and a sales consultant was helping another customer with a test drive. We waited for ten minutes, asking to speak with the man we were meeting, when we finally decided to go look at the used car lot ourselves. While we were out there, a very friendly, outgoing sales consultant, Joey LaBranche, approached us and offered his assistance. This was my first new car buying experience and Joey just made it the best experience I could have ever hoped for. He was very personable and joked with us throughout the arduous process. He even offered to give me the shirt he was wearing if it would make me happy. He stayed around for us to finish up the process of purchasing my STI and a used Crosstrek hybrid for my sister well after closing. A bit of the paperwork was screwed up due to me using the wrong address and, a few days later, Joey drove up to meet me so that we could get it all straightened out. I am extremely satisfied with this dealership despite the initial fifteen or twenty minutes where we were ignored, even by the guy we had an appointment with. It also helps that the dealer had my perfect car: bright red 2015 Subaru WRX STI Limited, one of the last three available in New England, now named Lucky Luciano. More

Even though the day/weekend I decided to try to buy a car was a busy one, Charlie stayed in touch with me and provided me with the information I needed. He didn't make excuses and his upfront honesty was what made me want to finish the deal with him. Charlie worked hard to get me the deal I needed, which was very much appreciated. The delivery of the vehicle to my workplace made the deal complete as I didn't have to drive to Manchester to finalize the deal. I will and have recommended Charlie and Manchester Subaru to others. Mark Rowe, my salesman was very understanding and so was everyone else I worked with! Although I was very happy with my purchase and overall experience, the one aspect I think can be improved upon would be the service department. I was told some "inaccurate" information about the appointments for inspections, services, time they're open until, etc (not a huge deal at all) and when I arrived at the service department for my inspection I felt that the employees were annoyed that I was there at 4:56 and they closed at 5:00... I obviously felt bad for keeping the employees late but felt that I was shrugged off for being ignorant regarding the fact that I should have made an appointment. Either way, it was a great experience and I appreciate all of the help! More

So this month it happened. I went in and as soon as i hit the door Jack was there and remembered me from long ago and jumped right into helping me. I told his what i wanted to pay and how i was going to do it and he made it happen. He didnt push me into anything and he made sure there was no tricks. He was super personable. So to cut to the chase it was hands down the best car buying experience that you could ever want and ask for in a first brand new car purchase and i couldnt have done it without Jack and Tony.
