Great Experience, Great Dealership definitely would return.. I was searching for a car for my wife. She hates the dealership experience, the salesmen and the overall conversation. So she sent me out with the tas I was searching for a car for my wife. She hates the dealership experience, the salesmen and the overall conversation. So she sent me out with the task of getting rid of her Chevy HHR and getting her a newer Subaru Outback. I searched the internet and went to about 15 dealerships. Most places were not willing to work with me and because of that I left. On a complete whim I went into Subaru of Manchester on my way to look at another Outback. I spoke with Charlie Foster who gave me a few options, with no pressure at all. We talked over what I wanted to do and what I was looking for. He came back and said that they don't really have anything. As I was about to leave Charlie said wait, I found a car. Another customer was out on a test drive with the Outback Charlie was originally looking for. I took the car for a test drive and sent a picture of it to my wife. She said if the price fit than to get the car. We went inside and talked numbers. I was upfront with Charlie with the price that I was willing to pay and that I didn't have any room to judge. Charlie went off to the sales manager and came back with a number higher than what I wanted. I told him again the numbers I was trying to meet and after a bit of back and forth, Charlie was able to get the deal done. The car had a ding on the roof. When I pointed it out to Charlie he immediately ordered matching paint for the car and got the bottle to me within a week. My experience was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership and Charlie Foster specifically. This was a no pressure sale and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or stressed about making the purchase. David Bivens, Salesman on 5/30/2014, is the key to my decision to purchase my Lease at Manchester Subaru. His pleasant and non-pressuring manner guided me through the important aspects of the Subaru Forester that I was specifically interested in. He was very kind and considerate of my needs and put them first. He wanted to make sure that what I wanted was most important and that I was happy with my decision. Well, I have leased this great automobile and love it. Thanks to Manchester Subaru for having such a people person Employee as David Bivens, he made my decision very easy, and there was no need to look further!! Great Job!!! More

Great Experience at Manchester Subaru! I originally went to Manchester Subaru to have my '08 Legacy serviced, not to purchase a car. I was not in the greatest of moods, as I was very frustrated with my mechanic (Hudson, NH). The entire dealership was pleasant and friendly and did a great job at changing my mood. Once I had decided that I would purchase a new car instead of leave in my old one, Jack was very eager to take over where the service department had left off. Jack was great at keeping me informed during the whole process. He did everything he could do make what I wanted work out for us both. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and especially with my new car!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!!! More

Exceptional Customer Service Kevin is great! He took time to show me all of the ins and outs of my new car, before I had made the decision to purchase it, and then once again aft Kevin is great! He took time to show me all of the ins and outs of my new car, before I had made the decision to purchase it, and then once again after I committed to purchasing my new car! He is so friendly and helpful. He stayed an extra 2 hours after closing to make sure the sale went smoothly, that the car was clean and gassed up before I took it home. My family and I have had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin in the past at another dealership, and we now come to Manchester Subaru because we love the service we get from Kevin. He even called today to male sure I didn't have a problem getting my insurance binder faxed over, letting me know they successfully took some equipment out of my old Subaru that I traded in, and answered a few other questions that I had. Then he asked for my mother's number to follow up with her about questions she had regarding an update that she was needing to do on the software for her Outback. A+ service!!! More

Gary Wadsworth hardly let me exit my car before he had taken me willingly in tow to begin my test drive in the vehicle I had driven 2.5 hours to see. He had mentioned on the phone that he would not have encouraged me to come unless he was sure it was a good car and a good deal. It was both. Later that afternoon I left with my " new" car and a smile on my face. Thank you Gary and everyone else who helped make it such a positive experience. More
Engine Rebuild Never Fixed Car. Worst service I have ever received. Straight up theft as far as I am concerned. Brought the car in for a warrantee brake issue. Asked them to take a look at the fact that the engine was running roughly. Came back with a big estimate for a rebuild. Car had 155,000 miles so figured it wasn't out of line. They talked me into a new clutch and some suspension as well (original clutch was on it, so definitely time to replace). I just hoped nothing big would happen and screw me. Then what happened I never planned on: When I received the car back (after paying about 10% more than was agreed on, but over the phone), it just didn't run quite right. I was told that might happen during the break-in period so I waited 3000 miles and then brought it back in. I'm not going to go through everything, but my car was in and out of Manchester Subaru 6 times over the next few months, often staying weeks at a time for repairs that should take an hour. Every time (except one) I picked it up after being "fixed" it still didn't run correctly on the way home. Only once did the problem go away, but only for a week before it came right back. The service manager kept asking me to give them more tries, but I am out of patience (long ago) and I think SIX tries is enough. The owner told me that as far as he was concerned the car is running fine. I got a second opinion to confirm the problem, but he told me he'd only look at a diagnosis; THATS WHAT I GAVE MANCHESTER SIX TRIES TO DO BUT THEY FAILED! I feel robbed. I was the original owner of that car, and now it is in no better condition than before I sunk $5500 into repairs of a car that still doesn't run. What do I do now? Never buy another Subaru again, or let any person I know go to Manchester Subaru. More
You will be happy, we were! We were a little nervous when we arrived at the Manchester Subaru. Not because we were unsure about buying a Subaru, but because my husband and I had We were a little nervous when we arrived at the Manchester Subaru. Not because we were unsure about buying a Subaru, but because my husband and I had brought along our Son with Autism. We know buying a vehicle can be a long process and this would mean we would need alot of patience and so would the people selling the car. We knew we wanted a New to us car (slightly used car). We saw right away that Kevin our dealer had lots of patience. We asked to see lots of cars and needed keys and info. He put on many miles running in and out to retreive and come back, which we are greatly apreciative. We were given the ok to keep our car close by so that our son could wait safely in the car and we could still see him. After the our choice was made again Kevin was not pushing us to all come inside, he understand and had wanted us to do what was best for us and our child. I went out a few times to talk to my husband and each time Kevin said " he understood and it was not a bother . Thank you Kevin for your help in so many ways! We loved our experience at the Manchester Subaru and would FOR sure return:) More
