On our fiest visit, we were definitely shopping for a crosstrek and knew what I wanted for options. The sales rep left to =talk to a manager for 15+minutes. I left him a note and we walked out. The manager called and spoke wioth me and we disussed what I was looking at. They met my price and found my car in 3 days. Awesome experience. More

As a first time car buyer, I was more than a little leery of the whole process, but Manchester Subaru turned out to be the most relaxed, no-pressure d As a first time car buyer, I was more than a little leery of the whole process, but Manchester Subaru turned out to be the most relaxed, no-pressure dealership I have dealt with. I began seriously looking at a car to purchase in June and ended up at Manchester Subaru looking at Crosstrek's. I met Matt and he encouraged me to take a long test drive and really see what the car is capable of, which I did. We talked numbers and he gave me a great deal, but I wasn't ready. I am the world's pickiest woman and needed a black on black car, which just wasn't available at the time in New England. I test drove a few other cars at other dealerships but did not like the way I was treated and I could not get the Crosstrek or Manchester Subaru out of my head. I had two more months of indecisiveness, getting polite and encouraging emails from Matt, before I made up my mind and went back into the dealership in August. I test drove the model that I thought I could afford but there was no moonroof so it was a no-go, again. I told Matt that I really liked the Crosstrek Premium, but I didn't love leather and I didn't think it was in my price range. Matt worked hard and came back with a stellar number that I was extremely pleased with. I then met with Doug and purchased the extended warranty as I plan on keeping this car for quite some time. That purchase price was also more than fair and he got me a great rate for my loan as well. I walked out of the dealership and got into a car that I already loved but I love it even more knowing that I got a good deal on it. Matt is one of the nicest men I have ever met; he took the time to learn about me and my family and was invested in the whole process. I never once felt like just another sale while I was working with him. All in all, my experience at Manchester Subaru was excellent and I have no complaints. I'd even venture to say that Subaru just got a lifelong customer :) Thank you, Matt! More

After having read great reviews of Matt we decided to ask for him. We were not disappointed, in fact just the opposite. Matt struck us as a no pressure, extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with individual who happens to be in the car business. He answered every question, offered information we had not thought to ask about, brought around an Outback for us to test drive and told us to take our time and give it a good test drive. Negotiating a trade-in and price was a stress free, no hassle experience and we were happy with the outcome. We were equally impressed with our conversations with Bob Broyer, General Sales Manager, and Doug Wiltz, Finance Manager. We drove home that afternoon in a new Outback. In over 40 years of car buying experience this was the best experience ever. More

I know I could have asked for assistance, but I wanted to get a feel for the place. Zero hassle, zero pressure. People keep coming in and asking to speak to a salesperson, not the other way around. I'm now 1.5 hours into my visit and no salesperson has approached me. I appreciate that. Finally I ask for assistance, and Matt helps me out. He is fantastic. Great to deal with, even on a personal level. I would absolutely recommend asking for him. During the signing of the paperwork, Doug was equally as excellent with me. He explained every step of the process, and why it took a few extra minutes to get my paperwork and rates setup (he fought for a lower APR and got bank fees eliminated). The rate I received for my loan was MUCH better than I expected! Ironic, given that a different dealership, who I have been leasing cars from since 2006, refused to call me back last month after running my credit (sometimes we can't avoid medical hardships that impact the credit score). The new 2015 Subaru Forester is a surprise for my wife who is out of town - she'll come home to it sitting in the driveway. She's been wanting to get back into a Subaru since she last owned one in 2007. After my experience yesterday, I plan to go back to Matt/Doug at Manchester Subaru when my own vehicle's lease is up in October. I trust that they will help me make the smartest decision for me, whether it be to buy or lease a new Subaru, or even look into their vast assortment of used vehicles. It feels weird to say I "trust" a car dealership, but I left there with exactly that feeling. More

Steve took personal interest in me and my family in putting us in the car that was right for us!! I would recommend Manchester Subaru and Steve Silva to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car. When it came time to "pull the trigger" and make my purchase I have to give a big thank you to Steve in Sales; Bob Broyer in Management; Doug in Finance and Tom in Parts. They were all so attentive and worked with me and treated me with a personal touch and made me feel as though they were working with an actual person and not just "another sale!" More
