I gave him my expectations for what I could afford and how much I could put down. He laid everything out front for me, explained everything and never made me feel pressured in any way. They were able to get me approved and driving home, even with my less then spectacular credit within 2 hours from test drive to driving home. Now that my lease is almost up, I am going back to him, this is my dealership for life. Every time I am in for my oil changes/maintenance he always says hi, remembers my name and makes sure everything is working well for me. More

Car buying as it should be On June 8, 2014 we went to Manchester Subaru to just look at a newer Subaru. We were met by Matt Knezevic in the lot. He listened to our interests as to what we were looking for. He then showed us the cars most likely to meet our needs. During the discussion it was clear that he was paying attention to our concerns. There was never any attempts to oversell or push a car beyond what we wanted. We liked one certain car very much but it was just outside our payment abilities. There was never any "what will it take for you to buy this car" which is a phrase and tactic which I hate. Matt listened to us and worked to get the trade and payments to a point where we could agree on. There was never any pressure, only a genuine effort to help us purchase this car. We love our new to us 2013 Outback and look forward to having it for many years to come. More

Great Experience, Great Dealership definitely would return.. I was searching for a car for my wife. She hates the dealership experience, the salesmen and the overall conversation. So she sent me out with the tas I was searching for a car for my wife. She hates the dealership experience, the salesmen and the overall conversation. So she sent me out with the task of getting rid of her Chevy HHR and getting her a newer Subaru Outback. I searched the internet and went to about 15 dealerships. Most places were not willing to work with me and because of that I left. On a complete whim I went into Subaru of Manchester on my way to look at another Outback. I spoke with Charlie Foster who gave me a few options, with no pressure at all. We talked over what I wanted to do and what I was looking for. He came back and said that they don't really have anything. As I was about to leave Charlie said wait, I found a car. Another customer was out on a test drive with the Outback Charlie was originally looking for. I took the car for a test drive and sent a picture of it to my wife. She said if the price fit than to get the car. We went inside and talked numbers. I was upfront with Charlie with the price that I was willing to pay and that I didn't have any room to judge. Charlie went off to the sales manager and came back with a number higher than what I wanted. I told him again the numbers I was trying to meet and after a bit of back and forth, Charlie was able to get the deal done. The car had a ding on the roof. When I pointed it out to Charlie he immediately ordered matching paint for the car and got the bottle to me within a week. My experience was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership and Charlie Foster specifically. This was a no pressure sale and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or stressed about making the purchase.
