Service is the most important thing to me and from the second the phone was answered at Manchester Subaru I found that exceptional service! I was very honest with Todd that things were not going so well and he went above and beyond to figure out what we needed and found a way to make it happen. I can't say for sure how long I was on the phone but I think we had a verbal agreement with credit approval and lots of laughter in well under an hour! Two days later the vehicle was delivered to our home and Jack was as helpful, informative and fun as Todd had been. We were in a hurry and Jack got us through the paperwork very quickly. We drove to the school event in our new car. When I drive the car I can be happy because the experience was so exceptional. Without a doubt it was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had! When I am ready to buy another vehicle I know I will pick up the phone and give Manchester Subaru another call and I will be looking forward to it! More

Unfortunately for me the car was on back order at almost every dealer in town, and with a 3-6 month wait for the color/options i wanted. After a search on the web i came across Manchester and emailed for pricing a short while later i was placing a deposit as Gary promised me the car in 12-18 weeks which was a lot better then the other dealers! To my pleasant surprise Gary was able to snag the car i wanted (color/options) from another dealer and i had my car in 2 weeks (just in time for my birthday). Gary had everything prepared for me when i arrived so it was a super smooth transaction. Cant ask for anything more....I will definitely be sending my friends to Manchester Subaru! More
